素晴らしいホスピタリティと清潔感　Outstanding Hospitality and Impeccable Cleanliness

空港からのアクセスが良く、非常に清潔なホテルでした。何よりもスタッフの接客と笑顔が、旅を良いものにしてくれました！ホテルマン全員が笑顔で対応してくださり気持ち良く、特にフロントのFatiさんはスムーズなチェックインを手伝ってくださり、チェックアウト時は、丁寧にご挨拶をしてくださりました。気持ちの良いホテル滞在は彼女の笑顔をはじめ皆さまのホスピタリティだと感じました。また近く利用させて頂きます！
The hotel was exceptionally clean and very convenient, with excellent access from the airport. Above all, it was the warm hospitality and genuine smiles of the staff that made my stay truly memorable.
Every member of the team welcomed guests with a smile, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Fati at the front desk. She made my check-in smooth and effortless, and when I checked out, she took the time to say goodbye with such kindness and professionalism.
I truly believe that the wonderful experience I had at this hotel was thanks to Fati’s beautiful smile and the outstanding hospitality shown by the entire team.
I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Thank you all for making my trip so special.

Clean and modern place with chaotic staff and without flexibility.

It is clean and modern hotel close to Doha Airport. Staff is friendly and helpful but plenty of room for improvement when it comes to details. In restaurant the ordered drinks and food should be served and when not the waiters shouldn't argue, airport transfer should be planned properly and not miss the date and cause last minute rush, flexibility with early check-in is lacking and not charging an extra night for 3 hours.

Amazing stay

I had an amazing stay at the hotel..The staff were so friendly, attentive from the time l made the booking … The guy who made my booking really paid so much attention to my requests Leeroy from reservations..l received a warm welcome at reception by Mr.Top, super friendly not forgetting the bell boys Mr. Ali and Mr. Rana.. they really exceeded our expectations…
The room was super clean and the view we got was amazing..The hotel is just so beautiful and classy.. l will be coming oftenly.. l recommend

Great location, good atmosphere, spacious room and acceptable value. What I liked about the floor I was staying was that there was no noise at all…absolute tranquil.
Above all I loved the service of certain employees who caught my attention.
Firstly I would like to mention Ms Betty from the reception who has excellent communication skills and great handling of customers. Secondly, I would like to mention Ms May and Mr. Ilango for their great job in cleaning my room. They new exactly how I want the room to be cleaned and they were very efficient and had great detail to attention.
Lastly but not least, I would like to mention Ms Banchi from the breakfast services. Starting from her great English communication skills and customer relations straight to her attention to work, she has a bright future I believe. She memorised what you want and she provides it for you at the right exact time. In addition, she knows the exact time to clear your table.
I believe these four individuals are a great asset for any business to have for its the people that make everything great.
