Very good studio apartment
The bed is a good size which is nice but the sheets weren't changed or even given a second set for us to change ourselves which I presume is normal for apartments but not ideal when it's so hot here! Same for the towels, but luckily we brought our own towels also! It was very comfortable!
The air conditioning is amazing! Made it possible to get a good nights sleep in 30 degree night time heat! We're from Ireland and that kind of heat is unheard of!
The bathroom is small but has everything we need although the water sometimes doesn't go down the drain straight away and it could do with an overall good scrub!
The owner Bruno I think his name was, is very pleasant and friendly and told us all we needed to know and to contact him anytime with questions although we didn't need to.
The location is easy to find if you have google maps or get a taxi (not to the door as it's a pedestrian street) but it would be hard without these as there as so many small streets in split! At first I wasn't sure if the location was safe as we got there at night time but once we saw it in the daylight and got our bearing it was super safe and very quiet! We never heard any street noise and felt safe walking home at 1/2am.
Overall would definitely recommend in Split as apartments seems to be the most popular option over hotels!

Misleading. Was not "whole apartment".
That spoilt our trip.
Room itself is small, and sheets were not replaced even though we stayed 8 nights.
Generally good location.
Overall we were disappointed because of the misleading information.

Kleines feines moidernes Appartement
Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Guesthouse Bepa untergebracht. Das Haus ist zentrumsnah und ca 7min Gehweg bis zur Riva entfernt. Da das Haus in zweiter Reihe steht ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Das Appartement bietet eine kleine Küche inkl. Kühlschrank mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen, einen geräumigen Schrank inkl. Bügeleisen, ein kleines aber modernes Bad inkl. Fön, einen Schlafbereich mit einem großem Bett und einen kleinen Balkon mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen - wenn die Sonne scheint - hat man Nachmittags einen sonnigen Balkon.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder das Guesthouse Bepa buchen und es jederzeit weiterempfehlen!
