Comfortable stay

We had an enjoyable stay at Pax hotel, Staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are immaculate. Breakfast is buffet style and caters for everyone. My constructive criticism would be breakfast definitely needs more toasters as there is only one 2 slice toaster for the whole hotel and it causes queuing. The rooms could do with a set of drawers, although there is plenty of wardrobe space there was only 3 hangers. We asked for and iron & ironing board which was bought to our room with 10 minutes and a mattress topper was required and that was bought to us within 5 mins, the staff do go the extra level to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a dentist service at the hotel and we can honestly say they are 100% better than back home and absolutely immaculate. The beach and promenade is about a 10 minute walk away with bars and restaurants along the way.

Very non hotel

Too nice very clean hotel and staff welcoming nine small beach downstairs I really recommend parking g free very appreciable

Beautiful modern hotel

Hotel with contemporary architecture, with a beautiful outdoor terrace. In the inner courtyard access to a modern church also , the bell tower overlooks the hotel, it is very original . We have seen from our room on the beach which is within walking distance (10 minutes) the area is a little off-center but the historic center and the port are also within walking distance (20/30 minutes) It is very nice to do it along the beaches that follow. Otherwise there are buses 2 minutes on the main road. The rooms are beautiful , well maintained. I admit that the shower is a little small but it’s not very serious. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very varied and you have the possibility with a restricted menu to eat at any time of the day.

A nice stay

We were pleasantly surprised with our room at Hotel Pax, it was cosy and clean and had a view of the sea which we were happy about! The staff were all friendly and helpful. They offered us suggestions of things to do, places to visit, and reliable companies to use for activities as it was our first time in Croatia. We would comfortably pick to stay here again.
We did encounter a couple of minor drawbacks during our stay:
1) The breakfast options were basic and remained the same each day, which led us to explore dining out instead.
2) The shower was a tiny, which made it a little challenging to use comfortably.
The hotel is about a 10-minute walk down to Kupalište Trstenik public beach, and about a 30-minute walk along the coast to the Split Riva. We enjoyed doing this walk in the sunshine! If not, booking a 10-minute taxi was always an option. Being slightly away from the Split city centre allowed us to enjoy local restaurants and bars, where prices were about half of what we found in the Riva and within Diocletian's Palace.

Good hotel, can be hard to get to the hotel by taxi. Our Bolt driver got a bit lost. Overall we had a great experience there.
