Stale cigarette smell, dirty floors and rude owner

The apartment has stale cigarettes odour & dirty sticky floors. After we checked in, we informed the owner this. He took offence to our feedback and threw us out although we were prepared to stay. We sprayed air purifier, opened the windows and said we will stay but he insisted we packed our bags and leave. Literally threw us out! What a bad experience of bad manners!
