Excellent Apartment and Owner

This has been the nicest of all the apartments I have been in in Croatia! The owner was helpful and friendly and the apartment is excellently located, quiet and very nicely decorated! Totally recommend!! Thank you Nik for a lovely first trip to Split!

Clean, poor kitchen set up

The apartment was clean and spacious for two people. The bathroom was large. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked ok, but smelled bad at times. The kitchen was not adequate. The water boiler didn't work. There were no coffee filters or coffee. We don't feel like buying a pack of these for a couple night stay at the hotel, so that was disappointing. The stove was very finicky and seemed to have only one setting, full blast (or off). There was also no fridge. Poor kitchen in general.
The woman who greeted us was nice and friendly (owner's wife), but she didn't speak any english, so she could not give us any information about the city or answer any questions. The next day we called the owner to get a map; his daughter came and delivered it and gave brief info (although she was very nice and sweet). The only time we saw or was greeted by the owner was upon checkout and he was very friendly then, but at that point, of course, we didn't have questions or need help…we were leaving!!!
Close to the Marjan, which is beautiful to explore. Seemed a decent price, but would not recommend.

Nice, cozy apartment for couples

My husband and I had a great time at Apartments Marjan.
The pictures really describe the look and feel of this full equipped apartment. The shower head is great, the bed is very comfortable. The apartment offers everything you need to prepare a quick meal (you dont travel to spend time cooking, right?!) as well as to rest after a long day in the beautiful city of Split.

Perfecto

Nos alojamos en un apartamento para dos personas, a pesar de estar en un sótano, entra luz y no tienes sensación de agobio. Es amplio, cómodo y está equipado con todo lo necesario. El anfitrión es muy atento y amable, una excelente persona. Recomendable 100%

Tutto quasi perfetto.

L’appartamento si trova al primo piano di una palazzina di 6 tra la città vecchia ed il Parco Marjan. Ordinato pulito e dotato di ogni confort l’appartamento con un balcone con una bellissima vista sul porto di Spalato permette di godersi a pieno la serenità del luogo. La cortesia e la disponibilità del proprietario Milo rende tutto semplice. Unica nota la spiaggia è un po’ distante a piedi ma noi che eravamo attrezzati con le bici non abbiamo avuto problemi se non con le salite!
