Very nice homestay. The owner Nicolas is friendly and welcoming and gave good suggestions for places to go and eat. I will be back here if I make it to Savannakhet again! Thank you!

I did not stay at this hotel because my reservation was canceled while I was traveling, and I only found out about the cancellation when I arrived. However, the owner of the property fully refunded the amount I paid and took me to a new hotel. This situation should not have happened, as the accommodation should not have allowed bookings if they were not prepared. I was traveling with a child and an elderly person, which made it quite difficult. Fortunately, it was still daytime, but if it had been nighttime, it would have been much more difficult, as travel in Laos is not very convenient.

Excellent

This is a really nice place to stay if you are visiting Savannakhet. It is very 'low-key', located in a quiet neighbourhood and very good value. We stay one night recently. The rooms (there are three) are air conditioned, spacious, very clean and very comfortable. All of them are en-suite. Niko is a very good host. Highly recommended.

Pleasant, quiet and very helpful staff

We had a couple of very nice days here and in Savannakhet. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Centrally located, clean, good bed, good wifi. A good place for those who look to relax in a low key river town.

Cozy homestay

The most lovely homestay we lucky found in Savannakhet. Nice room, comfortable, clean and cozy decoration. Highly recommend. The house have 2-3 bedrooms so if you travel with big family or group of friends this will be the perfect place. The place is near to the center and easy for walk. The owner is really welcome and nice.
