The best hotel and resort in ehden

It was comfortable abd luxuries hotel.offers everything what do you need.The hotel's location was very excellent near festivals of ehden and view were excellent, in addition the restaurant was delicious especially Taj restaurant . The staff was cooperative. We thank them very much.

Horrible

We arrived, we had to wait till the next day for the pool to be heated (next day it was still cold the water). The service was horrible! No one to attend to you, an empty hotel basically. The breakfast had stale bread and for a 5 star hotel, not even freshly squeezed orange juice!
None of the amenities were available, the kids room was locked, the gym had no lights. To top it off, the cleaning lady stole $140 from the room after we specifically told her not to clean the room but she decided to enter while we were down having breakfast.
The lady at the desk was very unprofessional, hadn’t a clue about anything and when we asked for a refund for our second night she responded by saying we could call the admin because she was obv too lazy to do her job!
Upon checkout she had the nerve to ask me what we had used from the mini bar which we hadn’t even touched! This is after we told her we had money taken from the room. Her concern was the one mars bar and small pringles box then the stolen $140!
Will never recommend this hotel to anyone, not 5 star whatsoever!

Very frustrating visit

We arrived and didn’t have WiFi for one whole day until they decided to fix it.
Extremely loud music in neighboring chalets late at night, my kids couldn’t sleep.
Room service takes forever and substandard (over an hour for chicken strips and a fully frozen burrata).
Housekeeping isn’t daily.
Breakfast buffet disaster.
Kitchenette has no pans or bowls, it’s too minimal.
Bellboy not available to help with bags.
Pools very cold. Jacuzzi out of order.
Gym gives dungeon vibes.
Kids area gross.
Ordered from Bar Vu for room service, only got half the order, had to wait for the rest.
It’s a shame because the property is in a beautiful location.

Excellent experience highly recommend

The pool experience was excellent and the cocktails were amazing especially the cocktail of the week. The staff were exceptional especially the fast service. Karl ,Khoder,Katia, and Samir were the best.

5 star Hotel with 1 Star Service

The hotel is 5 stars in terms of look and fee with a 1 star service.
WiFi was horrible, rooms were not always made with a number of excuses. Hot tub in the indoor pool was dirty and not functioning.
If the rate was $50 per night you would understand. Sad to say I would never go back.
