Tranquil and very cozy
Quiet hotel in La Veleta, very good service, very attentive. Facilities very well-maintained and clean. The room was comfortable and very clean

An oasis of elegance.
The hotel is located in a truly strategic position; although it is in the center, it maintains a certain tranquility that allows you to sleep well and enjoy an extraordinary panorama on the sixth floor, where I was able to relax and enjoy the starry sky over Valletta. Robert works at the reception at night; he is a polyglot and extraordinarily kind, and it was a pleasure to talk with him. The breakfast is rich and tasty and is served in a delightful dining room. The only flaw is that the air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, so we had to turn it off to sleep well. Otherwise, everything was perfect! I highly recommend it

Siamo davvero lieti che abbia apprezzato la nostra posizione centrale ma tranquilla, la vista dal sesto piano e l’atmosfera speciale che ha potuto vivere sotto il cielo stellato di Valletta. Ci fa inoltre molto piacere sapere che la nostra colazione, servita nella nostra sala da pranzo, sia stata di Suo gradimento.
Le Sue parole nei confronti di Robert ci fanno particolarmente piacere. La Sua gentilezza e disponibilità sono qualità che apprezziamo molto e saremo felici di condividere con lui i Suoi complimenti.
Per quanto riguarda l’aria condizionata, ci dispiace sinceramente che il rumore nella Sua camera abbia influito sul Suo riposo. Desideriamo tuttavia rassicurarLa che siamo pienamente consapevoli di questo aspetto e che stiamo attualmente portando avanti un importante progetto di sostituzione del nostro sistema di climatizzazione, passando dall’attuale sistema a chiller a sistemi VRV e split più moderni ed efficienti. Oltre il 70% degli impianti di climatizzazione delle nostre camere è già stato sostituito, mentre i lavori sono tuttora in corso e proseguiranno fino al completamento dell’intero progetto.
Ci auguriamo pertanto che, in occasione di una Sua futura visita, potrà beneficiare dei nuovi impianti e di un comfort ancora maggiore.
Grazie ancora per la Sua raccomandazione e per aver scelto l’Osborne Hotel. Sarebbe un vero piacere accoglierLa nuovamente a Valletta.

Very good
The location is simply strategic: very close to the center, it allows you to get around easily on foot to explore all the beauties of the city.
The property is extremely comfortable and hospitable, with attention to every detail to make guests feel at ease. The rooms are very characteristic and in full local style, with a magnificent view of a quiet little street enriched by the typical and charming traditional balconies, which provide a truly authentic and evocative atmosphere.

Very good hotel!
The staff is very nice. We had a room with a view of the bay. Very clean! Good breakfast. The hotel also has a restaurant. The rooftop pool is small but very pleasant in this hot weather. In short, very happy with our stay.

Perfect city location
Very well placed hotel to explore the wonderful city of Valetta, very central.
Check in was quick and easy, our room wasn’t ready when we arrived early but we left our luggage and went off to explore so not a problem.
Room was comfortable and had everything we needed, comfy bed, well equipped bathroom etc. only downfall was the air con didn’t seem overly efficient so didn’t have a very good nights sleep.
Breakfast was lovely, continental and fully cooked options available with tea coffee, juices and water. Food was tasty and hot. Dining room was lovely and cool and felt a pleasant place to eat with no rush to vacate our table.
Price was very good and I feel that this hotel offers very good value for money in a brilliant location.
