Very good stay
A total change of scenery in the streets of the Medina, the Riad is close to a mosque. We made the trip with a 3 year old child, I highly recommend!

Lousy accommodation and staff
In our son’s room there was a lot of mold and humidity, both in the bathroom and in the bedroom, as seen in the photos. After an hour of being in his room and trying to sleep, he went down to our room because he had trouble breathing and slept the rest of the night there.
The next day, the hotel employees offered us no alternative, and we met the manager later, but he did not show up. We had to find other accommodation on our own; neither Booking nor the hotel took over. We did not want to refund either the Riad Louane or Booking, as the hotel disagreed with our arguments, so we paid double.
This hotel should not be open to the public. Mold is totally harmful to health, as claimed by institutions such as the World Health Organization. And Booking should not support this type of malpractice because this shows that it only cares about the commission charged to hotels and nothing customers, that we are totally unprotected.

The beds beds were a bit firm but again, typically Moroccan in my experience.
