The best hotel in Acapulco. The facilities are first-rate and the staff's attention is the best. Special mention to Luis David, very kind and attentive at all times. The food was spectacular. Thank you very much

Amazing hotel and stunning views - private pool!

Where to start... stunning vacation. It's an amazing 22+ acre property with villas that all have their own food.
Staff:
They are all amazing, but some stand outs are Alvaro (Los Rocas). What a personality. Helpful, knowledgeable, and always has a smile and willing to help. Gabrial (Cello at breakfast) - has great stories and very friendly. Abusir (Los Rocas) - amazing chef at Los Rocas.
Villas:
Stunning views, comfy beds good pillows. Have bug sprays and bug plugs to help with the bugs (great thing to have). AC does struggle with all the windows. It's necessary to use the sunshades, but they are all automated so it's great.
Restaurants:
Cello and Saffron are both amazing. Los Rocas was best and has lots of seafood and the best ceviche.
Suggestions for improvements:
- Clarity on what is / is not included in breakfast. For the price point what is included is very sparse (no protein available unless you pay more)
- Perhaps some local cuisine

Fantastic service, views, and experience

Adan, the Banyan Tree Team and the Chef were incredibly helpful, thoughtful and generous during our visit for a family dinner.
The venue s spectacular and service is fabulous.
Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a unique experience.

remembering sitting across the bay in a different hotel asking my self what placed was that i looked into it i a did a reservation, not knowing much about it
when we got there we were amazed and fall in love instantly with this placed
its like you let yourself go into it and forget about everything
the staff amazing !!!!
can't wait to go back

The quality isn’t worth the price. The furniture needs upgrades, stained couches. Amenities are boring. The best of this hotel is the people working there, they are very friendly and efficient.
