HORRIBLE! Be aware!
Green Caps Cancun — horrible and very dirty place
Green Caps Cancun is a horrible and very dirty place where it is impossible to stay, like a dog in a cage. The price increases by 30% due to additional local charges at the hotel, which I did not know about in advance.
The staff is very rude and lies directly to your face. I was told that, for example, cup 21 was booked online, although at check-in I was directly asked where I wanted the cup — on top or below. This is a direct lie.
Cups are located very close to each other. Constant noise, grinding sounds from tiny sliding doors. There is always a dark corridor when approaching these capsules, where it is impossible to see where you are walking, and you constantly hit your head, because the structures of this shared space are positioned extremely low.
Complete darkness and a terrible stench, so strong that it is impossible to breathe. The staff constantly sprays chemicals, including on the mattress and in the passage to the capsules. The mattress is completely worn out from old age. The air conditioner did not work in the capsule, the door could not be closed, and capsule 20 is located directly on the floor, so you are literally breathing from the floor.
After sleeping, I was bitten, and red itchy spots appeared on my body.
Terrible conditions: there is no place to unpack your belongings. Everything has to be done on the floor under the staircase, where people are constantly walking, because the storage locker is located right on the passage, on the way up to another floor, where these inhumane capsules are located.
The shower has cold, barely running water, the toilet does not flush, the drain does not work. The soap dispenser is broken — there is no way to press soap or shampoo, it simply does not work, and it is unclear whether there is any soap at all.
Trash is everywhere, and in the toilet there wеre unflushed feces.
This place is dirty, stinking, dangerous to health, and absolutely inhumane. I do not recommend anyone to go through this experience.

Alien!
I'd say it couldn't have gotten any better.
is an objectively fun experience: it feels like sleeping in a capsule of an Alien movie! The cabins are very clean, you can turn on and off the air conditioning inside, there is a TV and the Wi-Fi is fast and stable. The bed is quite comfortable and inside you can play with the lights by changing the color.
A locker is provided (where you can possibly leave your things for free for a late check out) and the bathrooms and showers are very clean. It is located right in the center between the various hotels / clubs and 10 min walk from the beach.
For 17€ per night .. highly recommended!!

Practical. Loved it.
I loved the experience is a clean, comfortable and super practical place, I love that it is close to the places you can access and enjoy. Besides they are super comfortable and I rested super well they serve you well I liked the receptionist very well besides giving advice and being friendly.

Very good hotel, free coffee at Welcoming, comfortable capsules, well closed, spacious lockers, clean showers and toilets, super welcome friendly staff, well placed 10 minutes from the coco bongo beaches and 2 minutes from a hypermarket, in short a good hotel for cheap, do not hesitate, nevertheless 1 stars in mon because the Clim has bottom h24 at night it is very cold, but it simply asks for a blanket, I think they have some
