Servicio de 100 !

Además de tener una excelente ubicación, habitaciones agradables y cómodas hay algo que no debe de dejarse pasar por alto, no solo el servicio es de lo mejor... yo daría "100 puntos" al nivel de disposición que tiene el equipo de exceder las expectativas durante el alojamiento.
Eres tratado en todo momento como "un huésped de la casa", son grandes anfitriones !
Espero estar pronto de regreso, por que para mi es la alternativa en Cuetzalan !

High expectations

For a boutique hotel it leaves something to be desired, at night when I entered the bathroom there was a COCKROACH, in addition to that outside the room there were several insects including spiders, the young man told us that there was no problem with the insects because according to what they were "fumigating" something which from what I believe is false,
My partner and I were planning to stay another night but with what happened the truth is that no, the only good thing was the air conditioning and the hydromassage shower in the room.
“Grottes” Room. Another important point is that the INTERNET WAS NOT WORKING from the moment we arrived until our check out, the internet never worked, and they wanted to solve it by telling us to go to the lobby, to their desk or to their restaurant, when for the price that was paid the truth is that it didn't work. it's worth it.

Appalling

Terrible hotel. Pillows thin and balled up with hair. Rooms with the smell of pipe. Television did not work and when it did work the channels or the signal went away. Very small bathrooms. Overall terrible experience. Attentive staff the only good thing.

A very good place to stay

This is a very central hotel, in a fascinating and charming town. The staff were fantastic, and they had a great system of giving you a voucher for breakfast in a nearby restaurant. Parking was right beside the hotel. The downsides were that the wifi was very poor, and the towels were few and small. But the warmth of the welcome made up for it!

Agradable

Hay una atención magnífica, muy amables habitaciones normales, baño amplio y con buena distribución. Un lugar bueno bonito y barato
Ojo porque no tiene restaurante así que debes de pensar en tus opciones de cena si llegas tarde
