A perfect stay.

We chose EncantaLuna to spend our 15 days in Holbox.
It was an excellent experience.
We chose the Estrella room (family room for 4) consisting of a double bed and a bunk bed. Very spacious and clean room.
There are two other double rooms (Luna and Cielo).
All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, air conditioning, free WiFi, and a refrigerator.
The property is about 10 minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from the center. It is an excellent location.
The young people managing the property (Erika and Luca) are two Italian individuals who will welcome you with open arms; always ready to give advice or information.
They will make you feel pampered.
The common relaxation area (the palapa) with tables and hammocks was also highly appreciated. Perfect for a bit of relaxation or a meal in the shade.
If you are lucky, you might catch a glimpse of friendly raccoons, iguanas, and geckos.
I highly recommend staying here, and I would definitely return :)

Cozy, clean, well maintained, excellent!

The accommodation is run by an Italian family who have been living there for almost 10 years. They are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, very clean with simple and modern decoration. There are hammocks in the rooms which makes the experience all the more "Mexican":)
The patio outside offers hammocks, a table with chairs. A shower is available outside to remove the sand from the feet on the way home... in short, everything is there.
The wi fi works very well, the hot water is hot, unlike other places of our stay where it was never...

A little gem in Holbox!!

We stayed in this small and wonderful structure the central week of August. Luca and Erika have created their nest on this Mexican island a few years ago where they welcome their guests in an excellent way. The building is very convenient as it is located a few steps from both the town center and the beach. We stayed in the very clean, spacious family room equipped with all comforts including fridge and hammock. The outside is also equipped to facilitate guests in the daily life of their holiday: small veranda and tables for eating meals, wire and pegs, shower and tap. The added value is certainly represented by the owners who are always available for any advice regarding life and activities on the island. Highly recommended!!!

Lovely and family-friendly.

Perfect stay, quiet, close to the ferry (15 mins walk), 10 mins walk from the beach and the center.
The welcome and discussions with the owners are great as well as the simple advice on things to do.
The rooms are very good with all the comforts.

Isola stupenda, personale eccellente!

Struttura splendida, super accogliente, completa e accessoriata in tutto. L’Isola è stupenda, ma Luca ed Erica hanno contribuito a farla diventare magica! rapporto qualitá-prezzo ottimo! Abbiamo avuto bisogno del detergente per pulire le biciclette e lo avevano! Grazie di tutto!
