Unforgetable experience

I attended with friends. The experience is very good and very worth it. The price seems fair to me and the service from the restaurant is very good, not so much from the reception. All the guides and assistants were very friendly and capable of doing their job with excellence. The quality of the rooms has to improve in terms of temperature control because if it is very hot, other than that, excellent service.

You do not get what you paid for!

It was awful. We paid for an "all inclusive experience " with meals buffet style and it was only one or two dishes to pick from not to mentionthat the food was reallybad. Their staff is rude and they do not respect the schedule for the already purchase extra activities. I will not waste my money for a place like this ever.

More or less

The hotel is good. However I had a problem given that after the descent my children bathed and obviously occupied the towels and in the afternoon they got into the pool. When they wanted to leave the pool I asked for towels and they told me they were the ones in the room. I mean, the wet ones. I demanded towels and earned mothers and they told me if I wanted dry towels I had to pay more. My point is that if you have a hotel with a pool, it's because you have pool towels. Otherwise don't have a pool. We are 6 families that will never return just because of this issue. Something so simple but I've made you come back or not

Time for an adventure

First I didn't know where I was going, it was a surprise for me. Now that I had the opportunity to be there and see my surprise I can say that it is a most do trip with activities of course. It was amazing the place, the staff, the tour guides are amazing. Everybody it's very friendly there, the food it's great I felt like they were reading my mind since the food was like Buffett but they had everything that I wanted to try from quesadillas, tinga, mole, milanesas, pan dulce, you name it. We did one of the package they had with buffet a night stay, Temazcal, white water rafting (descenso en Rio ), walk, zipling (Tirolesa) Rappel with our guide Manuel and Omar . They were amazing . Unfortunately I don't remember the names of the gentleman that gave us the buffet and the gentleman that was doing the Temazcal with us. But we can said that we had an amazing and unforgettable time there and we will come back there again. Thank you again for all your hospitality and great work.

No way coming back

Even though the prices are cheaper than other hotels, I would strongly recommend to stay in other hotel, facilities are old and some attractions are inside the hotel and i'd say expensier if compared with other hotels.
