EXCELLENT

It is always a luxury to return to this wonderful hotel and to be remembered, to know which room you like to stay in, and this time it was occupied, but I was in room 7 and it was also a marvel.
Without a doubt, it is an excellent option to stay at this hotel due to the service, kindness, location, and rest.

Very nice small boutique hotel in the centre of Merida. Staff was very helpful and attentive. I can highly recommend this hotel.

I can’t emphasize enough how much we enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for 4 nights and I didn’t want to leave :) Our room was clean and very spacious, our bed was king size and big enough for 3 people. Love the aesthetic too. Staff are very kind and attentive, they are very welcoming and always offered us coffee and water. Our stay feels more like visiting a family than staying in a hotel. Thank you Acqua in Bocca staff! Our Breakfast was sooo good, they have coffee, cook to order food, juice, fruit platter, cereal yogurt and yummy warm toasted croissants. The location is right by Santa Lucia park and close to a lot of restaurants. I will definitely stay here again if I get to go back Merida!

This is the nicest place in Merida I have stayed during my 3+ trips! The owners/staff are welcoming and hospitable and go out of their way to make you feel at home, there is a full free breakfast in the mornings, and the aesthetic of the rooms is gorgeous!
Additionally, Acqua is centrally located near Centro, and across from Parque Santa Lucia and Mercado 60 on Calle 60. The Paseo 60 ADO bus station is less than 5 mins away via car…super convenient!
The only negative is that with the location across from Mercado 60, we heard the bass from dance music until midnight on Friday. Otherwise, this is an amazing property with a gorgeous pool!
