Clean and pleasant hotel, very rich buffet

Our stay was very pleasant, the rooms were spacious and clean. Only the detail that the dryer was not useful. The breakfast buffet provided by the hotel is very rich and hygienic.
The staff is very attentive, we will definitely return.

I just want to give 2 stars to the person at the front desk ..because honestly i think they should work on the customer service... at least for the person who attend me on Saturday the 28 around 6 pm . This is not the first time that i use this hotel and i know that they have a better service ... other than that the rest of the service it was pretty good

Limited stay

Hotel Basic although its logo has 4 stars. Doubtful. At the beginning they do not provide more amenities if you need them, the pillows are counted per room. No more!! There are no security for senior citizens in the rooms we were given.
It's very loud up front because of the cars, they don't have noise windows.
At breakfast there are no sweeteners without calories. Just normal sugar (and diabetics?)
And for everything they ask for tips. Rooms and restaurant

Rest at the end of the year

Clean, spacious hotel. Good reception service. The rooms are in poor condition, clean but very old, neglected, the towels are not even white anymore, they are gray from being so old, rough, scratchy, the pillows are so old and smelly.
The buffet is spacious but with terrible service, the people who serve it are rude, poorly behaved, they serve breakfast until 10 am but 10 minutes before they close it.
It has a small restaurant but with good service, very good seasoning and affordable prices.
We requested blankets for the rooms since the beds only have sheets and a quilt and they told us that they only have 1 blanket per room regardless of whether the rooms have 2 or 3 beds.
The parking lot is adjacent to the hotel, uncomfortable, dirty, unpleasant because rats and mice came out at night.

TERRIBLE SERVICE

The rooms smell bad, the staff is terrible, they treat the guest badly. We tried to talk to the manager and no one ever showed up. The restaurant is terrible and the service is bad. I would NEVER RETURN.
