Centrally located hotel.

Nice hotel across from the Cathedral, our reservation was for one night, the room was very clean, breakfast had an extra cost per person, we chose to have breakfast at a cafe.
Parking is limited, we were lucky to find a space in front of the hotel.

Improve your customer service and the supplies offered

We arrived at night and the receptionist's (the youngest one) treatment was discriminatory; she didn't give us any information about the hotel's services, and her non-verbal language made us feel very uncomfortable. We thought that perhaps she had a bad day, but the next day her service toward us was worse. She didn't resolve any of our questions, didn't offer any support when we asked if the minibar worked or had any questions about how to get to tourist spots; it gave us the impression that she had no intention of helping us and that it bothered her to deal with us. The service from the person who stayed at night, however, was good and she resolved our problem with the television, as was the warmth of the other receptionist.
As for the rooms, they are small and the bathroom even more so; they provided us with torn and frayed towels (2 towels even though there were 4 of us), an issue that shouldn't happen for the price of the stay. It is a hotel that looks nice in the lobby, but the room we stayed in could have been better for the price we paid.
Based on our experience, it wouldn't be a place where we would stay again.

Excellent

Excellent place to rest, very clean and friendly staff. Although parking is small, the carts are well guarded
