well got to town late and dark and found this place

well i have people complain about this hotel since i stayed there but i was very happy right in the centre old the old city could not be a better location
i walked all over that nite beautiful area lots of restaurants churches bars nitelife i loved it
my room was big the bed was as good as any in mexico and if you have travelled in mexico you know what i mean

Great Food,Clean rooms

We arrived from the mountains wet and dirty.The desk manager ,who spoke
perfect english immediately had four bellmen get our things sent to the
room,and before we could tip them, a plate of fresh fruit and bottled
water arrived.
The rooms were comfortable. the only dissapointment was that the water pressure was a dribble in the shower. We were told that it was temporary.
Breakfast was great with mounds of fried "papas"or potatoes and sausage. Overall it was more than we expected for about 50 bucks/night.

Hotel limpio, económico.

Tengo 14 años hospedandome en ese hotel porque ahí tenemos crédito.
Una vez hubo un percance en restaurant del hotel con mi familia, se intoxicó una hija mía por comer pollo en mal, estado, me moleste pero nos respondieron sin problema por los gastos, lo veo como un caso aislado y tomaron precauciones pertinentes.
Me gustó que hayan respondido a los gastos de mi hija, si bien en cualquier restaurant le pido haber pasado, no en cualquiera me hubiesen respondido sin acudir a las autoridades correspondientes.

hotel ruidoso, sin seguridad, permiten el paso a personas escandalosas.

Este hotel lo escogimos, porque veniamos de un viaje de Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, por la carretera que viene de Mazatlan, sólo ibamos a estar una noche de descanso para continuar nuestro camino a Chihuahua, Chihuahua, pero cual fue nuestra sorpresa que por la noche un grupo de personas encienden su música escandalosamente, llame a la recepción, dijeron que iban a poner remedio, no lo hicieron, otros huespedes también reclamaron, al entregar la habitación, la recepcionista de mala gana recibió la llave, ni siquiera buenos días dijo. Este hecho ocurrió la noche del 4 de agosto del 2016. No recomiendo este hotel.

Excelente!

Una estancia muy hospitalaria, comida deliciosa y unos precios muy accesibles, el lugar es muy seguro, comodo y tranquilo!
Se los recomiendo mucho es hermoso!
Nosotros nos la pasamos increiblemente bien, la decoracion navideña hermosa con un nacimiento tamaño casi real, por las noches se enciende con unas luces divinas que iluminan todo el hotel!!!!!!!
