The property is a sorry excuse for a hotel. Dont even go near the place. The staff is not friendly and the condition of the hotel is terrible. It is unsafe and unhygienic and it should be unfit for any human to stay in. There is no air con or fan or any ventilation. The smell in the room is stale and musty. There is mold growing everywhere in the room and bathroom. I stayed one night and could not stay any further. The staff is rude and didnt give any refund or credit. Even breathing in the room was heavy. The bathroom was the worst I have encountered in my life. Mold everywhere. No elevator and stairs are very narrow and difficult to carry luggage up. I have attached relevant photos to supplement by experience. Do not stay here at all even if its your last resort. STAY AWAY.

The receptionist ladies are so kind! They even helped me with my heavy ass luggage despite being ladies as there were no men around to help!
They are kind and nice people!
The whole city hotels were booked during my stay
But it was nice to stay there for one night

Great staff!

The people who run the hotel are really friendly and staff go out of their way. They do struggle with English, but that us nit an issue. We booked two double beds and got tlin the room and we had one double and a single. They changed the room quickly to a quad. No extra charge. The do ballroom dancing in the hall below. It didn't really bother me for the fort three nights, but on the last night trying to sleep the noise was too much. If you are out to party until late at night be aware of this. Although I don't think the noise affected the rest of the family. Tried to organise the desk with the staff to the airport. It is like Uber but a local taxi, but can't be booked in advance. We spent the day before getting a Sim card and sorting out the transport the next day. I didn't think the staff understood or communicated well enough that they understood, but the next morning the lady who we believe to be the owner was up at 5.30 to book us the taxi and was there within minutes. Feel bad for the low rating, as the staff are great, loved the breakfasts but the noise for me was a problem.

They didn't clean my room once while I was there. I even gave them the keys one day and asked them to clean the room. They said, ok but didn't do it. Then I put the sign out on my door to clean the room, they didn't
This is more of a restaurant and Karaoke place than a hotel. You get a postage stamp for soap and shampoo. It's cheap but the room was old and worn
