Amazing experience

I stayed in a studio room. It was clean and provided all the amenities necessary to have an enjoyable stay. I paid for the breakfast package which offered a variety of foods and I enjoyed it very much. The hotel is in a great location with supermarkets and restaurant nearby. Reception was incredible and so welcoming and even allowed me to check out late which I very much appreciate.

Property was nice clean and comfortable. Can be noisy if you have a family with kids above you as kids tend to run around a lot

Best hotel ever!!!!!!!!

Had such a great stay at Quest Napier. The location was honestly perfect — everything was so close, from cafes and restaurants to the waterfront and shops, which made getting around really easy.
The room was super clean, modern, and really comfortable. The bed was amazing and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were also lovely and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Napier. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had and we’ll 100% be back next time we visit. Highly recommend!

Location and advice

We stayed at Quest Napier mid March for 3 days, Great position to walk around the city The room was great, clean, quiet tea and coffee etc and a couple of biscuits each day. The bloke behind the desk on the 16th when we checked in was so so good( I asked his advice so many times) he gave us great advice on parking, where to eat and how to get to the things we wanted to do. Excellent place to stay
