Outstanding breakfast and warm hosts.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sonne Bezau very much overall. We would especially like to highlight the truly outstanding breakfast – a great selection, high-quality products, and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
The hosts are also extremely friendly, warm, and present. You can tell that the hotel is personally managed and that the well-being of the guests is the main focus.
The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, although it has become a bit dated in some places. A modernization would certainly do the house good.
We were somewhat disappointed with the childcare. Although the childcare provider was very friendly and nice with the children, we had the impression that she was sometimes overwhelmed with several children. Especially for a family hotel, we would have wished for a bit more experience and confidence here.
Overall, we still had a nice stay. The excellent breakfast and the warm hosts in particular will remain in our positive memories.

A great hotel for children

Overall, we had a very good experience as a family with four kids. The area is amazing, the rooms are nice and the restaurant offered a nice variety of dishes and were all pretty good. The babysitting option in the hotel waa also great.
My minor issues were that there was no AC, and as we visited during the summer, we had to leave the windows open for air, and so we had flies in the room. I'd also hope for Other than that, it was pretty great. I'd definitely recommend.

Family vacation

A nice family hotel, pleasant atmosphere. A wide variety of vehicles outside, balls. Inside, a great playroom with vehicles for the little ones as well. Lots of toys, play tower. There is actually always a person at the children's buffet who also does the childcare to help the children. Great excursions are organized if the child wants to participate. Good starting point, for example, the cave trail starts directly behind the hotel.

Great for families

Super friendly staff, accommodating in all matters, great childcare. Perfect breakfast and dinner.
Sustainability was a top priority in all areas - super!
Unfortunately, many children's vehicles are defective. A refrigerator in every room would be an advantage.

Very nice here

Everyone is very friendly, breakfast and food are excellent. Good connection by bus to the region and to the mountain railways in the area.
