Very friendly hosts and a wonderful time.

We received a very warm welcome from Rosi and Christian. Our apartment was cozy, clean and equipped with everything we needed. We immediately felt very comfortable. Breakfast was our highlight at the start of the day, nothing was missing, everything was there in sufficient quantities. The cowshed with calves, which are raised and suckled exclusively by the mother cows. There are also goats, small sheep and a domestic pig in the stable. What more could you want, here you will find accommodation for families with children and friends, but we without children also felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer.
We also had a cozy and good meal in the Dorfstub'n in Dorfgastein, we shopped at the sales in Bad Hofgastein and in Sportgastein we went hiking in the snow with the dogs, and finally we went to the Valeriehaus to eat a curd strudel + yeast dumplings with vanilla sauce, mmmhhhh..... It was 4 wonderful days with great hosts. Rosi + Christian, we thank you from Heidelberg and will definitely come back.

Great family holiday!

We visited the Moarbauer farm in the village of Maierhofen for the first time in summer 2012. We were impressed by the location of a quiet village in the Gastein valley and the spectacular view of the 2,000 meter high peaks in the area. In summer you can enjoy the outdoor pool nearby or you can visit the surrounding peaks which offer hiking trails of all difficulties where you can find many friendly mountain huts. In winter the valley is transformed into a single ski resort, which offers fun on the snow for young and old.
Moarbauer farm offers lots of fun for the whole family, from helping with the farm chores and care for the animals to the big playground for children surrounding the house. The children can simply not get bored here! But what is the most important is the openness and friendliness of the family Holleis, especially Mrs. Rosi. They offer delicious local food and very nice surprises like homemade apple strudel, a tractor trip to a mountain hut or simply taking care of our baby so that mummy can eat her breakfast in peace. I can say that we first arrived as guests, but every time we go back, we become better friends. I highly recommend!

Skiurlaub

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum wiederholten Male zum Skiurlaub im Apartment des Bauernhofs Moarbauer. Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet und gerade erst modernisiert. Die Vermieter sind zudem extremst freundlich und hilfsbereit.
