We had a great stay. Very nice hosts, nice well-maintained apartment with two bedrooms - both with WC and shower. Modern bathroom, modern kitchen with everything you need. Kitchen prepared with microwave oven, standard owen, toaster, coffee maker etc. 20 minutes walk to Mittersill center. Big balcony outside the room with afternoon sun (at least in the apartment where we lived. Deliverence of fresh breead every morning (optional and additional cost). Breakfast available but we prepared our own in our kitchen.
In the basement you have a room for skiis and racks for drying ski boots. Sauna is availble in the basement and also a room with table tennis.
We stayed for 7 nights and will stay here again if we return to the area.

Fantastic place to stay
We were very happy with our appartment, beautiful view, two balconies, very complete, great beds, shower, kitchen, just perfect. We had breakfast downstairs, which was also wonderful. We loved the friendly host, who also had really nice hiking tips. We would love to come back!

Wonderful place
beautiful place. Beautiful surroundings, with a view from one side of the snow-capped peaks, on the other side of the town. Fantastic, wonderful hosts. Polite, kind, friendly and helpful. Beautiful, really clean rooms. Away from the center, but not so far away. Secluded enough that there is peace, but not so far that it would be a problem to walk to the center on foot. going back up, but it's a nice and healthy effort. It suits me very much. I recommend with all my heart. I'm going to come back here myself.

Unforgettable!
What a nice country house! Looks typical from the outside but inside everything is totally new! Our family room consisted of 2 separated bedrooms with en-suite complete bathroom and a dining/living room with kitchen. Both bedrooms were wide and comfortable, TVs featured fully funcitional USB ports and the showers really looked and felt like a 5-star hotel.
The house is managed by a very nice Austrian family, really friendly. Your kids will enjoy the animals, the activities and the chance to run freely across a huge extension of fresh grass. What a wild experience, and the view of the mountains as you wake up is priceless...

Wonderfull pension in a great location
The pension is great, we had the family room which was actually two rooms with a double bed and a singke bed. The owners are very nice, the room is so clean and renovated.
The yard is great with farm animals and playground for little ones. The location is perfect on a hill just outside of Mittersill with wonderfull view.
The breakfast is good but repeated itself over our 4 night stay.
