Very pathetic & highly disappointed by the management.

Very pathetic & highly disappointed by the management. my booking was confirmed through booking.com, but when I reached hotel for check-in, Hotel manager told me that our hotel is already fully booked. We can accommodate you in other under construction Building.
under construction building was not livable too much dirty, labor was working, Construction material was scattered everywhere. No reception, No Staff & Security available in that building.
So, in mid night I again booked my room in some other hotel and moved there. If there as any issue management should call me on time. I travelled 600 Kilometers and then hotel manager is telling me that either live in under construction building or move away. We have no other option. I requested him to cancel my booking but he said that we will look into it by tomorrow. Hotel management don't know how to treat a Guest. Very very rude behavior :-( :-(.
