Quiet and family option

Good and quiet alternative. It is located in a residential district, without noise or much traffic, but at the same time a few minutes drive from the historic city center.
Good service, good food in the restaurant, comfortable and clean rooms.

Nice 4 star hotel in a secure and quiet area.

This 4-star hotel is located in a reserved area.
Indeed, San Isidro Street is closed by gates and are locked.
Only a gate is guarded after 8pm.
It had been omitted to instruct me to pass through that front door of the street serving this hotel.
A call to this hotel at 2:45 a.m. was helpful since I was sent the access road to reach it.
I had foolishly followed the advice of goglemap which did not know the closure after 8pm of access.
I had warned of my late arrival and instead of arriving around 1am I arrived at 2:50am due to a long delay of Cruz del Sur buses between Nasca and Arequipa.
The welcome is courteous, professional and my room expressly requested well quiet (it does not overlook the noisy streets in Peru)..
I am offered water in Fountain located at the reception.
The room is large, the bathroom also, the whole parquet flooring is very clean.
There are no toothbrushes or razors in toiletries.
Only one soap and three vials of shampoo are arranged.
The breakfast is very hearty, very good and served on request. A map is presented. All staff are smiling and offer their service spontaneously.

The photos of this hotel really oversell its condition. The private parking is really street parking, and they will tell you to move the car if its in front of a particular neighbor's house who apparently gets grumpy. The receptionist told us off because my friends came into my room to chat about plans for the day for a few minutes (they were also guests, in a separate room). We stayed at QASA the two days prior and just wanted to switch it up but I wish we would have stayed over there.

The hotel is clean and in quiet location.
The staff was very friendly.
The junior room was a little smaller than spected, but very clean and nice.
The bed was a queen and not a king, but very confortable.
The breakfast was excellente in quality a quantity
General rating for me is 4.8* excellent
