Very warm !

10 night stay with my son.
Warm welcome from Bertrand and all his very kind team. Thanks to Berta for her breakfast. I was treated to a slice of cake for Mother's Day.
Conversations in French made easier because Bertrand speaks it perfectly. He advised us on places to visit and found us a super friendly taxi driver, Raimundo who stayed with us for 2 days.
If we return to Cusco, we will return to this hotel.

Rooms were not clean no Internet, steep stairs to the room slippery the best part of the stay there was the breakfast not necessarily the food but the service by the lady that was working she was very nice very accommodating spiderwebs and all the areas that you can imagine under the bed on the ceilings in the bathroom

It was extremally great hotel and staff! First of all we arrived without reservation as our other booking failed. Even it was late evening all was sorted out perfectly. On the last day I got sick. I was offered for free extra room after check out hours to stay in the bed till afternoon when I had my flight. Very, very nice staff, thank you all!

I had a very satisfactory experience in the city, I love all the archaeological sites they have and they are friendly

Excellent service, good atmosphere and very close to the plaza. Good and satisfactory breakfast, very good at the reception, if you make your reservation for more than two nights they pick you up from the airport...

Peruvian Hospitality

Andenes de Saphy is very cozy, friendly, and clean. The room was spacious with a bathroom and accommodated three of us very well. The room does get chilly at night but the hotel provides enough blankets and a heater to combat the cold. The breakfast was continental served from 6-9am, to bad we left the hotel around 5am everyday, because it was delicious our last day there. Also, the hotel is located less than a 10min walk to the plaza and 18min walk to Sacsayhuaman. Overall, this is a great place to stay!
