DO NOT RESERVE THIS HOTEL— IT WAS CLOSED AND SO YOU ACCEPTED RESERVE. WHO WARNS FRIEND IS!!
Upon arrival at the hotel, I found the establishment completely closed, without any warning, without staff and without any kind of care. I called several times, called the informed phones and got no answer.
In order not to stay on the street during the morning, I was forced to look for another hotel and pay for another accommodation, having an additional loss of 155 soles (about R$ 248).
The next day I returned to Hotel Ankara and, after insisting a lot, I was assisted by a person who presented himself as the head of OBRA. He informed that the hotel was closed for renovations, no guests, no staff and no accommodation available. That is: The hotel should NOT be accepting reservations.
The employee himself tried to call the manager and could not contact. Then I passed the phone of a person who was supposed to be a manager. When I spoke to her, I was informed that she was no longer the manager, being passed another number. The second person also claimed not to be the manager anymore and only gave me the hotel WhatsApp that never responded.
The most absurd thing is that at no time was I notified that the hotel was closed or under renovation, neither before the booking nor before the arrival.
To make it worse, I tried to cancel the booking by Decolar and the hotel denied the cancellation. I made a second request: they simply ignored the platform for a whole month and then denied it again.
This is a completely absurd and disrespectful situation for consumers. The hotel was clearly not working, but accepted reservations normally.
Don't make the same mistake as me. There are several hotels with similar prices around that really work. Avoid this place.

HOTEL WITHOUT WATER
It is a simple or basic hotel, meets the goal of having a clean and safe place to get to sleep after all the activities that Cusco offers, the staff is friendly, willing to help with the inconveniences, includes a simple but rich breakfast.
I would have described it as excellent, but two days the hotel had no water at the time we needed to bathe, at 3 am to go to machu picchu and at 9 pm returning from machu picchu, practically if you do not arrive in good time because you do not bathe until the other day, only limited to showing a sheet of crumpled paper where the company that handles the water warned of cuts to the water supply, the guides, taxi drivers and other people of the town explained that the water is expensive in the center of cusco and that many hotels do not pay or open the keys to try to save, in any of the cases, the hotel did not offer solution to the lack of water.

Misleading propaganda using the name "Boutique hotel"
The staff even struggles, having helped quite asking when I had a health problem.
But it's just.
But the name "Boutique hotel" is a fake calligraphy for those who have ever met real boutique hotels around the world.
It doesn't even count on an elevator.
In a place where every mL of oxygen should be taken into account.
Rooms with conventional keys should also serve as a warning, with a medieval lock.
Farm tile bathroom, with water that insists on getting finished in the middle of the bath.
Unflexible breakfast schedule (although when they know that some of your trip will leave early they prepare a snack for you).
Anyway, I found too much price and fake advertising for little delivery.
It's not that close to the center.
I only recommend it ultimately.
Very weak.
I won't come back, for sure.
