Great place! Incredible staff!
Great place! The staff is 10 out of 10! They were Very nice people! Great location as well, 5 to 10 minutes walking to the main square! Great breakfast as well! And the rooms are really nice with comfortable beds! I would stay again at this place!

Horrible stay away
Horrible! Stay away!!
We reserved through booking a room with a balcony,
We arrived, no balcony and not even a window!!! Tiny dirty room.
The receptionist was ok but the manager was so rude!!
He said he doesn’t know English when he clearly does, just out of laziness,
And didn’t even offer to help.
We obviously immediately cancelled.
Don’t go there

Bad experience
During my stay I had 60 USD go missing from my passport folder. I didn't notice until I went to give it the tour leader on my next tour. This money was set aside in a separate zippered pocket and was counted the second night I stayed there. When I started my tour the day I checked out, I went to give the 200 USD to my tour leader and only had 140 USD. The passport folder never left my room and the only ones who has access were me and the hotel. Once I made them aware of the issue they told me that it wasn't true, tried to slander me by saying I had pills on my nightside table (antibiotics and altitude pills) and threatened legal action against me. All in all an extremely negative experience.

Any other place is better option
It's a mess. The rooms are unkempt and all broken. In winter it seemed like a real freezer and they did not provide me with a stove because they had them all occupied, that is, they do not have even one per room. Neither dryer nor enough hot water in the morning. In the shower, it's over a minute and a half.
The room has no window, the window is a translucent glass in the door through which all the cold and also the light enters. The uncomfortable bed and the cleanliness shines through its absence.
In the dining room at breakfast time, in addition to being polar cold, people were standing because we could not all fit. It's only 3 tables. Breakfast is totally precarious. Heating a piece of toast in a 1920s toaster takes you 10 minutes and makes a tremendous queue.
I got sick that night from the cold and I'm still waiting for the apology for not giving me a stove. Undoubtedly the worst thing about this hotel nightmare is that the workers, in addition to having no empathy, are rude.
I had two nights contracted and went to the first to another hotel of the same price but with heating, good rooms, good breakfast and educated workers.
In the pictures everything looks nice, but it's a joint. There are better places at the same price. Just keep looking.

Towels were ripped and not in great condition. Bedding wasn’t clean (found hairs etc.). Had to kill multiple bugs, ants in our room. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly (chain/ button kept getting stuck). No toilet paper holder in bathroom. You can find nicer places to stay in the area for cheaper.
