Very good experience
Very good attention and willingness from all the hotel workers, from the receptionists to the people who provided us with breakfast and cleaning. The room is quite comfortable and has a heater, which is very good because the nights are freezing. They helped us with tours, places to visit, and maps to guide us in the center. Really very pleasant and kind.

Wonderful experience, hotel has good accommodation, everything very clean and cozy, the staff were very attentive and helped us with everything we needed, including with many tips, made our tours much more enjoyable.

Amazing hospitality!
Brazilian friends, if you want to feel as welcome as in Brazil, this is the right place!
The reception is excellent, with a lot of affection, attention and care in every detail. The breakfast is delicious and prepared with a lot of capricho.
Veronica and Fred are wonderful people! The stay was like being at home. In addition to the incredible hospitality, they give great tips to enjoy the trip in the best possible way.
From now on, every time I travel to Peru, I will be staying with them.
To complete, the location is excellent!

They made us feel at home, even in another country
The hotel is very well located, about 10 minutes walk from Plaza de Armas. Very clean room, with hot shower, room service when requested and laundry service as well, in addition to the fresh breakfast every day.
But what really won us was Fredy's welcome and sympathy. As soon as we arrived he turned to us and said "If you need anything, even if it is beyond matters of accommodation, you can count on us. You are very far from home, but you are not alone. Count with us for whatever is necessary on your journey.”
And in fact, whenever we went out with a van, or a taxi, he would go and write down the plaque to know who we were with. Always before we went for walks, we stayed there in the lobby talking to him for about 15 minutes. Gave us many tips on where to eat for a cheaper price, and where to visit during our stay.
