Beautiful visit to Cuzco

Excellent location, facilities, services and staff. The lobby is beautiful, and the included breakfast is both abundant and delicious. Maritza took care of us during breakfast at the lobby; she was so nice and attentive every day during breakfasts and throughout our whole stay. Mayara was also very nice every the whole time. The whole experience was amazing, and in great part for the professionalisms and kindness of really all the hotel staff. I would definitely come back if I visit Cuzco again.
Forgot to mention Panchita and her owner. Panchita is a baby alpaca that visits the hotel in the mornings. Both of them are adorable and extremely nice. If you stay here, you should definitely stop by and say hi to them.

Best customer service

I was staying here because I was part of Ian Taylor Trekking. Super friendly staff. I shared my altitude sickness with a staff named Mayara. She listened with caring and provided help with something to ease my sickness. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, great variety of breakfast.

Perfect spot for R&R after the Inca Trail

We stayed at the Novotel Cusco in August 2026 after the Inca Trail and it was the perfect spot for some R&R.
Our room was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the covered courtyard became my favourite spot! I worked from there with a coffee most afternoons and it was perfect for it.
The location is great too, easy walking distance to the main sights and restaurants.
Cusco is spectacular, can't wait to be back!

Magnificent, centrally-located, top notch service

Magnificent hotel in the heart of the city. Centrally located within walking distance to the Cathedral, Plaza and restaurants and shops. Easy to walk out in the evening and enjoy the night life. Beautiful spacious atrium for lounging, breakfast and dinner. Full hot breakfast buffet to be enjoyed in the atrium. The omelette chef even walked out from his station to serve his omelette to the guest! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Shower water had good pressure and was hot, aspects where many hotels fall short, but not here. Pleasantly surprised to find a baby alpaca on the ground floor for guests to pet and take photos with. All the staff were very welcoming and super friendly. A special shout out to Mayara R who greeted us during breakfast, helped us take pictures and provided recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We took all her recommendations which were spot on. We even bumped into her on the streets later and she was still just as gracious and warm. Great facility and wonderful service. Thanks for a memorable experience. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco.

Clean and safe with good service.

The hotel was clean and had good service. The restaurant is safe to eat at which was nice as an option when you just wanted something you could trust. Mayara R. was so kind, welcoming and helpful. She mad our stay that much more enjoyable! It was also very centrally located unlike the Hilton which is on the city edge of Cusco. Overall, I would recommend this over many of the other hotel we stayed in Peru.
