Great Marquis Heritage Tasting Experience

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended, especially for the tasting experience in the Heritage Room.
The food and wine pairing was excellent. The Heritage Room itself is truly special—it is an original room that dates back to Peru’s Spanish colonial period. We had the opportunity to enjoy our dinner privately in this beautiful historic room, which made the experience even more memorable.
Josue provided outstanding service throughout the evening and made us feel very well taken care of.
Considering the price, I really couldn’t ask for more. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I highly recommend it!

We loved our stay at Palacio del Inka. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. Check in with Paola was easy and warm, she was so friendly, thank you, Paola! Lydia helped us arrange the spa without any stress, and Josvien stood out by helping with our bags and even remembering our last name, a small detail that shows the level of care.
The hotel itself is something special. Being surrounded by real Inca history gives the whole place a completely different feeling. Seeing the original Inca stonework throughout the property, including the 8-angle stone, makes you realize how unique this location really is. It doesn’t feel like just another hotel, it feels like you’re staying inside history.
We also did the wonderful hotel tour with Ruth, which was very informative. One of the most memorable moments was a performance by a man from Cusco dressed in traditional Inca attire, hearing the Peruvian instruments live was beautiful and a wonderful experience. After that, we did a pisco sour class with Rodrigo at the bar, which was a lot of fun and we end it up staying there for dinner and music.
Our room was beautifully decorated, with paintings, and very comfortable, and the balcony had amazing views. We really enjoyed spending time there. The spa was another highlight, very relaxing, and the massage was incredible. Thank you to Claudia, the attendant at the Spa, for being so helpful and making sure we had exactly what we needed.
Breakfast was also delicious, with a great variety of options.
Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel with a genuinely wonderful staff. We left really happy with our stay and would absolutely come back.

Great stay in Cusco

The Palacio del Inka is a great hotel with quality amenities and attentive staff. It's located in a great area in the historic center (though most hotels are also within a few blocks, so it's hard to go wrong with location).
We stayed in a family room, which was very comfortable, but had some obvious misses (coffee machine plug was incompatible with the wall outlet and was otherwise hard to use, bottled water provided had no opener). We also had quite a bit of noise from the room across the hallway, but it did not distract from our stay too much.
We also made use of the spa while we were here (1 hour water circuit). The facilities are excellent and the staff there are extremely accommodating, bringing us hot towels and drinks, and activating the spa features before we even had to reach for their switches.
The doorman and concierge staff is excellent, in particular Carlos and Daniel were wonderful. We stored some bags before arriving while we did Machu Picchu, and again afterwards while we did some activities in Cusco before leaving town, and they were extremely helpful with carefully storing and retrieving them.
Certainly not the cheapest stay in Cusco. We also stayed in the nearby JW Marriot and think the value there is somewhat better. But if price is no issue, Palacio has more character and much friendlier staff

**An Exceptional Stay at Palacio del Inka in Cusco, Peru**

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Palacio del Inka in Cusco, Peru. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful historic setting, elegant accommodations, outstanding hospitality, and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The property perfectly combines the rich history and culture of Cusco with the comfort and service you would expect from a luxury hotel.
What truly made our stay special, however, was the exceptional assistance we received from Elmer. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that everything we needed was taken care of. Elmer was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making our experience enjoyable. Whether we had questions, needed assistance, or simply needed guidance during our stay, he was always willing to help with a warm smile and a positive attitude.
Excellent service can make a great hotel stay memorable, and Elmer certainly did that for us. His professionalism and personal attention are a wonderful reflection of the level of hospitality at Palacio del Inka.
We are extremely grateful to Elmer and the entire Palacio del Inka team for making our time in Cusco so enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting Cusco.

Great luxurious experience with the friendly touch of the staff

My stay at the Palazio del Inca was simply wonderful — one of those hotel experiences that stays with you long after you've checked out.
From the moment I arrived, the staff made all the difference. A special mention goes to Paula at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us with absolutely everything we needed — nothing was ever too much trouble. And Carlos, the bellman, was a constant kind and cheerful presence throughout our entire stay. These two truly embody what hospitality is all about.
The room itself was a real comfort — well-appointed, peaceful, and everything you need after a full day of exploring. And speaking of exploring, the location is ideal: right in the heart of Cuzco, with all the city's incredible highlights just a short walk away.
Breakfast was a lovely way to start each morning — a great spread that fueled the adventures ahead.
I couldn't recommend the Palazio del Inca more highly. Whether you're visiting Cuzco for the first time or returning, this is the place to stay.
