I recommand this hotel if you stay in Tarapoto !
I stayed for 10 days at the Casabosque hotel after a plant medicine and Ayahuasca retreat in the jungle. I was looking for a quiet and relaxing place to recover, while still being close to the center of Tarapoto. The location was perfect: a peaceful, nature-filled environment (I especially loved all the greenery and the beautiful local paintings inside the hotel), and at the same time only about 7 minutes (5 soles by mototaxi) from the city center.
From my very first WhatsApp messages with Vivian, I was impressed by her kindness and quick responsiveness. Upon arrival, I received a wonderful welcome from one of the managers, Raul, who even spoke to me in French. Throughout my stay, the reception team, Coper, Merty, and Antony, was always attentive, professional, and extremely helpful.
Until the very end of my stay, the entire team was consistently kind and always ready to support any need I had.
A special mention goes to the kitchen team, Chef Sergio along with Diego, Daniel, and Anabel, who were exceptional. They carefully adapted to my strict diet, which was a huge support and something I deeply appreciated. This level of care truly makes a difference.
The housekeeping staff, as well as the airport transfer driver Jonathan, also helped make my stay smooth, comfortable, and flawless.
Regarding the place itself, my room was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained throughout my stay. The hotel’s flowers are beautiful, the pool is very clean and pleasant, as are the hammocks. The evening atmosphere, with soft jazz-style music, added a very relaxing touch.
The only small point for improvement would be the music volume at times, but it was immediately adjusted after a simple WhatsApp message to the reception, without even needing to leave my room, which once again shows their excellent responsiveness.
I honestly don’t know what else to add to fully express my satisfaction and warmly recommend this hotel. If I return to Tarapoto, I would definitely stay here again.

Authentically jungle-like
One of those authentic places, which is what we were looking for. Very comfortable rooms, with air conditioning and a refrigerator. The staff is very attentive, especially Cooper and Merti Rodas, always ready to resolve any issue or inform you about points of interest in the city.

Our wedding anniversary had a perfect setting!
We chose CasaBosque to celebrate our anniversary and it was a very wise decision.
The room had privacy, the gardens gave a special feeling, and at night we had dinner at Palma without having to leave the hotel. We really liked that although it is close to the center of Tarapoto, it feels like a quiet refuge. It is a hotel for couples looking to rest and share time without rushing.
