PRO: Walkable (5-10mins walk) from the airport, quiet location, clean, nature-ry, has a non-chlorinated pool, kind and helpful staff, free and delish breakfast, room was spacious and clean, bathroom was spacious, clean and updated, AC was strong/cool, flush/toilet was tested and passed with flying colors, has a tiny honesty store in-site (well-stocked, reasonably priced), wifi is decent, easy to find transport, staff will hook you up with tours, very accomodating with early check-in (we arrived at 8-9am and they still checked us in with breakfast too!).
CON: Water pressure can be weak (bidet), no bell in the front desk which can cause some delay since we have to look for the staff, laundry service is pricey.
RECOMMENDATION: Highly recommended for short/long stay in Basco for business/leisure.

Excellent location right beside the airport, and a very quiet place too.
Communication with the hotel before arriving was nonexistent as they were not replying to any messages via Expedia messenger service. The numbers on their website were not working. The one number that did work was in Canada.

Home away from home

The owners were very nice to allow our group of 9 to use their dining area for our nightly kwentuhan and eating spree. I really enjoyed staying here because it felt like home. Plus the staff were very attentive and helpful. There is also the advantage of location - close to the airport and walking distance to the town.

Homey place

Quite near the airport. They arranged transport when I arrived and departed.
The place is homey, with a beautiful garden and lots of plants everywhere (inside and outside). The folks who run and manage the place were also very helpful and went put of their way to accomodate me.
Breakfast is good and there would sometimes give one a choice. I had longganisa, then the one-day-old fish, etc.
The room is clean and aircon working well. I found it quite dark though even with all the lights on plus the lamps. I couldn’t open the curtains that time because of the extreme heat. Also, limited choice on channels in the TV. Wifi is good and coverage of local telcos like Smart and Globe are strong. Bathroom is ok , spacious enough and there’s hot water.
The water in the pool, though, looked murky.
It’s not exactly near the center and most restaurants or stores. They provided two mobile numbers to call for tricycle but something went wrong from Day 2 onwards.

Excellent service

Excellent seWe stay here for 2 night and rooms was very good, near airport so easy go go there. The service family/staff was very kindly and do everything with a smile. The reason for not the 5 star is the breakfast. Only 4 toastbread with magarine plus 1 fried eeg, and that was very basic
