5 STARS from Jeanette and Ulf to Vanessa from Germany (but speaks great Swedish) who work with you from us. Super thanks to nice service and very nice reception. So nice plus points to you!! We stayed in room 511. Wed 1 July to Fri 3 July. Have a nice day, Vanessa!
Otherwise very satisfied with the stay with you.
The hotel room had kitchen but did not use much but good with coffee maker o refrigerator. Breakfast was included in the booking, little few seats in the dining room but otherwise quite ok. Nice room with a little view from the rooftops and elevators were included.
Close to attractions in Lund so good to be centrally located.
Will gladly return if we visit Lund again.
Fresh rooms and nice surroundings and

Avoid Forenom Aparthotel Lund – Very Disappointing Experience
I recently stayed at Forenom Aparthotel Lund, and it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had in Sweden.
No Staff Support: There was practically no staff around to help or answer questions. It felt like you were completely on your own — not what you expect when paying full price.
Breakfast Failure: Despite informing the hotel in advance about allergies, there was no gluten-free bread or suitable options for people with dietary restrictions. The staff seemed unaware and unprepared, which is unacceptable in 2025.
Verdict: This place clearly doesn’t care about guest service or basic hospitality. Save yourself the frustration — choose another hotel in Lund that actually values its guests.

Mediocre

I have one major complaint. It seems that Forenom cannot invest in a proper pillow for guests. I stayed for 5 nights in a double room and I had to make a makeshift pillow using the blanket so that I could sleep! The two pillow provided were rectangular in shape, small enough for a baby’s head. The size of the pillow is smaller than my face. This is unacceptable! And the bed sheets has smell. Other than these two nonsense, I am satisfied with the stay. Near to Lund Universitet (reason I chose) and next to cafes, coop and convenient. Pretty long walk from Lund train station though especially when you have a trolley luggage. The cobblestones road are not made for trolley luggage. Practically, one has to drag your trolley against the rock hard cobblestones road and this is not nice especially the loud noise.

Terrible management!

False advertising at it’s finest. I searched for a place to stay in Lund before leaving London and found this place. after booking on AirB&B you get the supposed exact location. But this location was not in Lund, Eslov or Örtofta, it was a hostel in the middle of nowhere. Of course I found this out when i was already in the country. Isolated with no store around to get food or anything else you may need. I was on an express way near the Nordic Sugar Factory.
The worst part was the spiders in the room and bathroom. There was spider and spider webs in my room when i came in. The company did not bother to check if the room was clean or not. We spent 30 minutes removing them and searching the room for more just incase. Tv was not working. The bathrooms were far away from the bedrooms, you have to walk through the hallway to go to toilet and bathroom.
The hallway has no bright light. It looked cold, isolated and hunted to be honest. I had to check out the next day. I originally booked to stay for 4 nights but after the first night I couldn’t bare to spend the rest of my holiday in that place. Luckily for me I had people to stay with. Imagine if there was no one to take me in.
I later found out that the company has another hostel in Lund, so when you book it comes up in the air b&b map as Lund, but you end up in the middle of nowhere outside Lund. I would not recommend this place to my enemy. This would have been a good ideal if the company was honest with exact location and letting people know they will be stuck in the middle of nowhere outside Lund. And cleaning the rooms, and making sure amenities are all working fine.

Really lousy

It was the dirtiest hotel I stayed in in Sweden. All very worn. Floors, elevators, walls dirty and worn. Like there was a party yesterday. Stale smell. In the room there was goo left on the counter, dust on coffee makers, oil / sauce on boxes, absolutely incredible. Like coming into an apartment / room that was removed from gadgets but not cleaned. The bathroom smelled strongly of mold.
