It's a basic hotel with limited amenities, no fridge in the room.
Breakfast was limited but OK.
Reception staff, especially Erja were very helpful.
The restaurant Riccardo attached to the hotel has very good pizzas and generally good food, even though waiting staff seemed to be fed up most of the time.
Since we were here mainly to experience the outdoor scenery the hotel did it's job. Comfortable bed and decent bathroom.

Charming location in a lovely town within walking distance to extensive trails for easy hikes around two lakes. The hotel provided us with an Ober Engadin pass which made bus rides to St Moritz and part of the train ride to Sils Maria, free. The restaurant in the hotel is Italian and very good.

Property well maintained. Nice spacious room, great choice for breakfast, slopes close by in walking distance or via free local bus.

Very cozy hotel

We stayed for a few days with our dog at Hotel Cervo. The staff was very friendly and helpful and also available for a chat.. We ate at the restaurant every night. We had eaten our way through the menu and it all very much mouthed us. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were very clean and because we had our dog with us, the linen was changed 3 times in the 5 days. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We have nothing to complain about. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you for the nice stay!!!
