GIVE IT A GO @ SUN'S CAFE☕️

This was our 2nd-time having Peranakan Buffet @ Sun's Cafe located at Hotel Grand Pacific, the food and price are reasonable (try their 1-for-1 promotion). We enjoyed not only the great meal but also the exceptional service from the hotel staff and restaurant team, their hospitality was impeccable from start to finish. Once again thank you all for always so welcoming and hospitable.

Completely sufficient for 3 nights.

We were traveling with a tour group and had booked 3 nights with breakfast.
The rooms are getting on in years, and the furniture is not necessarily modern.
The air conditioning worked well and was not too loud. The beds are very narrow, with one duvet for two. Cleaning was fine, water was always replenished.
We also found the breakfast good and with egg dishes made to order. Except for sausage, everything was there to start the day well. We can recommend the hotel for short trips.

During my stay, I unfortunately lost my passport, which was an extremely stressful and frightening experience. From the very beginning, Velu went above and beyond to help me. He made every effort to search for my passport, patiently guided me through the necessary procedures, and supported me with every issue related to my trip. His dedication, compassion, and willingness to help gave me great comfort during one of the most difficult moments of my journey.
What impressed me the most was not only his professionalism but also his genuine care and empathy. He treated my problem as if it were his own and never hesitated to offer assistance whenever I needed it.
Thanks to Velu, I felt supported and reassured throughout the entire process. He truly represents the highest standard of hospitality and customer service.

The breakfast doesn’t taste well, the seasoning is ok but the food quality itself isn’t good. The choice is limited.
The air con in the room got strange noise that sounds like a bunch of rats, which had me worried. Shoutout to the staff who changed the motor for me and solved the problem.
