Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service from Mr Kajen & Mr Francis

We had a very pleasant experience staying at YMCA One Orchard. The location is extremely convenient, the overall environment was comfortable and welcoming, and the service made our stay even better.
A special thank you to Mr Kajen and Mr Francis for their excellent hospitality and assistance. Both of them were professional, friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. It is always the people who make the biggest difference in a hotel experience, and their service definitely left a very positive impression on us.
We truly appreciated the way we were treated and felt well taken care of. Excellent service, great hospitality and a very positive experience overall.
Thank you again to Mr Kajen, Mr Francis and the YMCA One Orchard team. We would gladly stay here again and recommend the hotel to others looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay in Singapore.

Wonderful Experience

The Room very clean.. so made us very comfortable to stay and rest here .. and the staff very friendly n helpful .. one of my favourite place when go to Singapore ..

Great budget friendly stay right in the centre of Singapore!

Great location, with friendly helpful staff. The pool on the roof was a nice addition to cool down after a day of walking. It was easy to get around to various spots using public transport with a bus stop right outside the hotel. Good value for money, and although the rooms were basic they suited my needs well. Quiet & clean.

Clean and lovely!

It was a great stay! The room and amenities are very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly :) We enjoyed the gym and the instructor Simon whom we met :)
