Very good hotel with relatively cheaper prices. The room/hotel was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good too. Various options. It could have included a bit more contunental menus though. The staff were quite accommodating. They even provided us a complementary cake for birthday.

Great stay!

Great hotel for decent price. Fabulous location, 5 minutes walk from Orchard Road. Big rooms. Pleasant, helpful staff. Free parking. Great food in the restaurant. Can be a bit of a frenzied experience at breakfast!

Complaint for isue

When we stayed there, there was alarm isue at 3.30 am. So all the guest must evacuated. So we could not sleep anymore. There is no compentation for this insident

York Hotel Stay

I often choose to stay at York Hotel whenever I visit Singapore, and it never disappoints. The hotel’s location near Orchard Road is a major advantage, making it easy to access malls and shopping areas. The overall situation of the hotel is always pleasant, providing comfort and convenience throughout my stay.
A special highlight of my recent visit was the exceptional service from Mr. Zaim Baharom at the front desk. He handled my check-in smoothly and helped resolve a reservation issue with professionalism and efficiency. His assistance made the experience even more enjoyable, and I truly appreciate the warm hospitality.

Great location for those who wants to be near Orchard Rd. The room was very spacious for our family of 4. Beds were also comfortable and big. No complaints.
