Great Hilton Stay in Bratislava – My Second Visit

This was my second time staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bratislava, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. I came back because I enjoyed my first stay, and this visit was another great family experience.
The hotel has the Hilton standard and the American standard of comfort and service that we appreciate when traveling. The rooms are comfortable and have air conditioning, although I think the rooms could use some updating.
The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices and everything we needed to start the day. I would love to see a little more traditional Slovak food, especially treska, which would be a nice addition.
The staff were excellent — friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The service was consistently wonderful throughout our stay.
A very special thank you to Manager Lubica Hozlarova for making our stay so enjoyable. She was extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating, and we truly appreciated her hospitality.
The location is very convenient, only about five minutes by car or taxi from the city center. Getting a taxi was incredibly easy. At any time of the day or evening, we were able to get one within about a minute or two, which made exploring Bratislava very convenient.
There is also a great restaurant nearby, Bricks, where we had excellent Slovak food.
Overall, we had another wonderful stay and a great family trip to Bratislava. The fact that this was my second visit says a lot I would definitely come back again. Great location, comfortable rooms, excellent service, and truly wonderful staff.

The front desk team is amazingly excellent. Jan and his team were great. They make you feel welcome the moment you step in to the hotel. There is warmth yet maintained their professionalism in welcoming their guests during check in and check out.
No fee in checking in early and in leaving your luggage if you need early check out.
Breakfast and set up of the dinning room is just perfect. Makes you relax and enjoy more your food.
I will stay in this hotel when I have the chance to visit Bratislava again. I have and will continue to recommend this hotel to my family, friends, and business associates and others.

Clean efficient hotel with a wonderful pool, perfect location for going to the scorpions concert! Would pass on the breakfast .

My other home.

My alway staying favor place. Staying here every year to travel from US. The rooms needs renovation , but lobbi is beautiful. The front desk are amazing -Jan and the girl...pretty and taller - dark hair. This is alway my hoe in summer -see my Family - versus work.... will see you soon....

Beautiful hotel and super staff.

We stayed only one night but received excellent treatment. I recommend the sauna to relax after a long trip. The staff was very friendly and professional, the breakfast was excellent and varied, and the hotel facilities were outstanding. Definitely worth recommending. Good value for money.
