Bez větších výhrad

Hotel Prim je hotel – abych tak řekl – na svém místě. Zlaté písky jsou docela daleko od centra Bratislavy, což je kompenzováno jednak přijatelnou cenou, jednak tím, že je hned u zastávky tramvaje. Po přečtení recenzí jsem se obával hluku z dopravy, ale okna ho vcelku dobře izolovala. Horší to není snad ani v létě, protože v pokoji je klimatizace. Ale měli jsme okno směrem k parkovišti; směrem přímo do ulice to může být horší. Když se ale poslední večer (patrně) v některém okolním pokoji bavili pánové se zvučnými hlasy, rezonovalo to i u nás. Pokoj jako takový byl čistý, pohodlný, se stolem a dvěma židlemi, dokonce i ledničkou. Trochu hloupě vypadala hra na slepičku po příjezdu. Jako hotel Prim jsou označeny dvě budovy a není na první pohled zřejmé, kde je recepce. Takže jsme správné dveře trefili až napotřetí.

Horrid

Horrible!
Atmosphere: I booked two nights at hotel Prim but left after one. I definitely don't recommend going here, especially as a woman it did not feel safe.
Parking: Paid for parking but had no parking space! The parking spaces that were there were small. I had to park in front of the door (because there was no other place), I did not like leaving my car there at all.
Room: The room was very dirty, bathroom especially. Lamp did not work. Also, everything smelled bad. Smelled like smoke but probably the unidentifiable thing left by someone else in the disconnected fridge smelled bad.
Staff: Staff was very unfriendly, did not want to help me when the parking lot was full and I had to leave my car somewhere. Not helpful at all. Not friendly when checking in and also not when I wanted to leave, no refund (as you pay in advance at the hotel and not via Booking).
I strongly recommend going anywhere else. Bratislava is a beautiful city so don't let the hotel ruin your experience ;)

Budget priced accomodation

This hotel is situated near the recreation area Zlaté Piesky where lots of events are organised .There are different types of rooms (single,double, triple...) so you can choose. I think, that it´s budget priced accomodation in case U are not demanding.

Heat + Noise

I stayed in the Hotel Prim for two nights and I could not sleep most of the time. The room was tiny but quite clean so for me it was not a problem. The traffic and the tram are loud. In addition to the traffic there was a DOG BARKING really loudly in the car park. And it was extremely HOT and STUFFY! I would not advise anybody to stay there.

Sanierter Plattenbau an Ausfallstraße

Wir wählten das Hotel Prim, weil es günstig liegt, wenn man Bratislava besucht hat und am nächsten Tag in Richtung Norden aufbrechen möchte. Die Hotels in der Stadt sind bereits relativ teuer. Allerdings wird die Lage des Hotels von der Ausfallstraße und deren Lärm beeinträchtigt. Die Wände des Plattenbaus sind dünn und wer laute Zimmernachbarn hat, dem gnade Gott. Die Internet-Buchung kam beim Hotel nicht an, wie sich herausstellte. Dennoch waren zwei Zimmer frei. Leider war die erste Dame am Empfang wenig kommunikativ, um es vorsichtig zu formulieren. Kurzum, der Aufenthalt war überlebbar an einem nebligen Morgen sicherlich kein Highlight. Abends verpflegten wir uns noch gegenüber in einem Tesco, zu Fuß eine halbe Weltreise über eine ganz ätzende viel befahrende Straße hinweg...
