Excellent hotel, dog free, amazing stay

Finally I found 4*Hotel in Slovakia, which deserves all stars. I was on the business trip we had a professional welcome from front desk, helpful and nice receptionists, an excellent hotel service, quality and delicious dinner and breakfast from talented chef Andrej and his team. I didn't expect that everything would be so perfect from the first time I entered the hotel lobby to the time I left the large parking lot. Special thanks to the hotel manager Veronika who took care of everything with her professionalism and willingness. Highly recommended.

Nice view, good location, but quality of rooms and staff at the reception

I do not know how you, but for me coming to the mountains means hiking or skiing and fresh air. But than you arrive to this hotel and it starts with arogant staff at the reception. You came to your room and when you are trying to open the window, they tell you it does not work and they do not have other room which is in your level. What to add - nice location, nice views, relatively good restaurant. Parking in garage which was last time cleaned many years ago.

Nice hotel to stay in the area, but not 4 stars for sure

Hotel is in an amazing area of Donovaly. A beautiful view and clean air, a complete celebration of nature. Full of attractions in the area and at the same time is in a quiet and perfect place. Lots of hiking and biking trails are in the area. Nice and helpful staff. Hotel offers all kinds of spa activities. A lot of parking in the site.
Disliked · It is not possible to fix the shower head in the shower and it is required to hold it by hand. Very uncomfortable. In addition, the method of opening and closing the doors of the paddle balconies is appalling. Very very not rich and modest breakfast for a 4 star hotel. There is not even a coffee machine at breakfast.

Nice

Very nice very kind staff! The receptionist even after a long night shifs was so nice and smiling!
The room was nice and clean, with a small balcony.
Breakfast was okay, personally i missed the bacon:) but there were other ham options.
I didn’t see alternative milk (laktose free,rise) but there was gluten free option in the pastries.

Great place

We were here for the second time, everything was great. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of food, warm and cold buffet. We had 2 rooms, were clean and presentable, the stuff was very helpful.
