Super!!!

Great hostel, very clean, comfortable beds with 2 towels.
Tasty breakfast on the beautiful terase.
Parking and great location.

Horrible

The room was very dirty and bed was broken (will add photos) , at breakfast food was horrible, eggs were like a rubber, packaged butter was moldy and fruit was all old and tasted like it sat there for at least 3days. Overall i wouldn’t book it again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. And Wifi was not working properly!

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Treatment

My experience with this hostel was shockingly unprofessional. Before my arrival, I asked about early check-in and was told that rooms would be ready around 12:00. When I returned at 1:30 PM, the man at reception (with a beard, who introduced himself as the owner) rudely waved me off with his hand, saying ‘No, absolutely not ready yet.’
When I reminded him that he had told me 12:00, he simply pointed to a sign that said check-in is at 14:00. If I had been clearly told from the start ‘absolutely no check-in before 14:00,’ I would not have wasted my time.
Even worse, his language was shockingly disrespectful. He said things like ‘Who are you?!’, ‘Are you my boss?’ and even ‘Are you the police?’. Such words are unacceptable from anyone, let alone someone claiming to be the owner of a hospitality business. Finally, he dismissed me with ‘Then don’t stay, cancel and I’ll refund you.’
This behavior is unacceptable. There was no smile, no respect, and no sense of hospitality. If you value being treated with basic courtesy, I strongly recommend choosing a different place.

Great starting point

Already on arrival we were very nicely received by the Owner. The rooms are large enough for a family , the sink in the room is perfect as you have to share toilet and shower . The sanitary facilities were clean , the only deduction are the rusted facilities in the showers. Breakfast was delicious and especially the bread and cafe very good. The trampoline outside and the small play area inside has given us the opportunity to finish eating in peace. But even the big ones are taken care of with the table football . Parking was always ample. Especially the proximity to Luna Park , the sea and the shoppinghavek we liked.

One of the best hostels and pet friendly!

I was with my two dogs and finding a place last minute can be very difficult. I call them and the girl was so very nice! Check in was fast and again the receptionist was just lovely. I don’t know her name, but she deserves it all. We had air conditioner in the room, no need to say how amazing this was, especially for my dogs! In general everything was clean and nice. We also had balcony.
I work in hospitality and I travel a lot. This hostel was for sure one of the best ones. I would and probably will stay again here.
They have parking, beach is super close as well as everything else.
