Another enjoyable stay at Hotel Yola

Another wonderful stay at Hotel Yola in Altafulla. Clean, comfortable rooms with air conditioning so we all slept well and good, fresh wholesome food at the breakfast and lunch buffet. A big thank you to all the kind and friendly staff. The proximity of the beach is a winner, plus the pool for cooling off in the hot weather. We will be back again next year for our family holiday and for our annual yoga retreat in a few months!

Great disappointment.

Date 3-10-26 triple room reservation for dates 8-10 to 8-13.
On July 26, our confirmation that everything was correct.
We arrived on the 10th at 3:00 PM; between checking in and everything else, at 3:30 PM I told my son to go down regarding the restaurant buffet; he came back up reporting that perhaps another solution would be better since they cleared everything away at 4:00 PM (1st).
2(a) in the room we do not have the right to a table outside in the hallway where they all are, nor a clothes drying rack
3(a) we do not have a back balcony which at the very least would compensate a little
4(a) to top it all off, the height to enter the shower was 50cm
When we went down I complained, not for nothing, but I had felt mistreated; they told me they would tell the boss
I know, sometimes I am ill-tempered, but I came to this hotel with my children for the first time in 2015 and I have been here 4 more times; this year I wanted to say goodbye with them in a big way and I am leaving with a disappointment that I will never forget
And yes, certain staff are kind and the hotel is very cute and well-maintained, but it is missing, it is missing something that it used to have

Great stay at the Yola!

This was our second stay at the Yola and we would definitely stay there again. The hotel is super clean, comfortable and with great services. The breakfast and lunch buffet were both outstanding.
The staff are also really friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Altafulla itself is a charming little town. Lovely beach which is about one minute's walk from the hotel.

A great hotel in the best position!

I visited the Hotel Yola prior to running a yoga/meditation retreat in Altafulla in September with my daughter. Everyone we met was most helpful and went above and beyond our expectations. It is spotlessly clean, both the rooms and the general areas. The pool is wonderful. The sea only two minutes walk away. Breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful. I’m excited to return in the autumn!
