Wonderful team and stay

I would like to congratulate the whole team that make up the hotel, first of all Noelia, attentive, friendly, helpful and concerned person so that your stay is as good as possible, both in the hotel , as in the restaurant and in your visits... also highlight Naia from the restaurant, to be so young is attentive and wonderful.. Patxi the Boss, an endearing and close person.. Thank you all x make us feel at home! Hotel highly recommended if you go x Navarra. The brutal restaurant!

Terrible!

the welcome is reduced to a magnetic chart and no "hello" or "goodbye" throughout the stay. But the worst part is the air conditioning that does not work, and even worse, the noise of the coffee shop just below the window until midnight. Insomnia must! (We had asked for a room "quiet!!)

Great discovery

We arrived at around 2:00 p.m. and the first thing that surprised us was that the reception was closed (9 a.m. - 12 p.m. M-F). It was the first time we came across something like this but the entrance door has a telephone number and we immediately entered and there was our room card.
We got one of the best rooms in the hotel, 31. Large room, super large bed and modern decoration is perfect.
In the bar-restaurant there is no lunch but if you have dinner and whoever can try the hamburgers will thank me, they served us quickly even though the bar was almost full. Breakfast is more, to eat something just…
It is in a central area and the hotel does not have parking but you can park in the area for free. You have to keep in mind that it is in an area with quite a few bars and no one is going to take away the noise of the entertainment. If you don't go to bed early there won't be a problem.

Sarabe and Maitane synonyms of vocation.

I was recommended to eat a hamburger and I got a big surprise. First of all, the extraordinary service, there were a lot of people and yet I didn't notice any stress and they treated me great. Sarabe and Maitane were great hosts, it's nice to see people with a vocation in hospitality, they brighten your life.
The burger was delicious and they didn't take long to serve me. I will definitely repeat when I return to this place.

Great hotel off the beaten track

Stayed here last night with 4 friends all on motorcycles. On street map the building is a bank but that's because it's only been a hotel for a year or so.
The receptionist was helpful - we were running late and she called to see what time we would be arriving as they usually close at 10pm.
Very helpful showing us where to go to get a late night drink and explained everything really well.
The rooms are arranged over 3 floors with a decent lift. They are all very well appointed and it's clear everything is quite new. Very modern design in a sleepy town.
All the rooms are doubles which caught us by surprise as we were 5 lads expecting to share but we managed to get 2 more rooms on the night.
There is unrestricted parking outside, we parked 5 bikes on the square outside the hotel - I could see them all from my room so that was super easy.
Breakfast was basic but at only €5 it was decent value and we were well looked after.
All told it was a surprise to find such a modern and well presented hotel in a relatively small town.
I would stay there again without hesitation.
