Value for money.

We went as a couple to this hotel not expecting much as it was a cheap deal. The hotel rooms were basic but we didn’t need much as we went self catering. There’s a supermarket right next door which was great for buying bottled water and snacks whenever we needed. We found a few coachroaches during our stay and when sat on the table and chairs in the room they collapsed and looked like they had been superglued together previously. However i would reccomend this stay if you are looking for somewhere cheaper and want more money to spend !

Awful awful place all the staff are rude apart from
One lady who is lovely I can’t remember her name but she’s Portuguese and has dark curly hair the rest are vile the life guard slapped someone while I was there the room was dirty a male member of staff entered our room we were 2 young girls alone he said he was looking for someone in the 6 days we were there housekeeping didn’t come once and the place is filthy the pool is tiny and not suitable for the amount of room it’s like sardines I’m a can the astroturf smells like urine AVOID AVOID AVOID nothing like the pictures

Pleasantly surprised

Just back from a week at this hotel. I really wasn’t wanting to stay here after reading all the negative reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. Great location and air con was so good! Rooms were spacious and clean. Rooms were cleaned, beds changed and towels changed during our 1 week stay. I was expecting noise on a night but it was quiet in the room. Beds very comfortable and lots of storage cubes in the living room. Full sized fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, hob, dining table and chairs and plenty of plates and cutlery etc. The staff member I spoke to was really helpful and friendly. The pool was great but a bit on the small size and not much space around it but was fine. We stayed in room 204 which had a small balcony area with a view of the street. No furniture on the balcony but we took chairs from the dining table when we needed them. Don’t let the bad reviews put you off your stay. We really enjoyed our stay.

Mould mould mould

Mould in the air con and rooms were filthy. We had 3 room changes due to finding mould in the air con!!!
The mould was cleaned with a bottle of bleach and a towel initially in one of the rooms before we had a room change. I tried to explain to the manager that it needed doing professionally and he was trying to brush off that fact it was mouldy by saying they aren’t new air cons and that it was dirt. He called me in twice to check the air con, and it had mould in the filters still so I told him as I had stood on a chair and held my phone torch up to it, he said he couldn’t see it and it was fine and I believe in the end he called me crazy.
Our third and final room was a generous “upgrade” ended up being the same exact room we got moved to the second time. I left the place in tears we only stayed for one night and still had 7 more nights remaining.
Disgusting place, please stay away unless you want to get ill from a mouldy air con and sleep in a filthy room!! They will tell you the air con been cleaned but just know it has not been done professionally and there will still be mould higher up which will only grow again.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE ROBBERY!!!!!

I urge any who reads this to not even waste their time considering this incredibly awful place. On our final night staying here we returned to our room to find it had been robbed. Passports, debit card, money, jewellery and clothing all stolen from our room. We were given a room with a terrace, which is how these people even managed to break in as the thieves must’ve forcefully pulled our back door and managed to get it unlocked and enter. The staff here are beyond despicable showing absolutely zero concern of this robbery, stating that it’s all our responsibility to take care of issues like this. The room is cleaned ONLY on your 5th day of staying which we found incredibly unhygienic and just disgusting. Maybe the rooms wouldn’t show such wear and tear if they were able to upkeep them more. They are clearly used to hearing people complain about robberies and how awful their rooms are because the staff are just really unbothered. Pool is tiny and cold so if you’re looking for a nice pool then you definitely will not get that. They have modernised their rooms but they are just falling to bits including furniture, flooring and bathrooms. Our trip here resulted in hours at the police station, travelling to the british consulate and now hours on the phone to insurance companies etc. So for your own sanity i beg that you don’t go anywhere near this awful place as I wouldn’t wish anyone to go through what we did.
