Absolutely adored this hotel. Just had a lovely relaxed ambience. Really clean and modern. Staff pleasant.
Paid extra for a sea view balcony which was great to watch the world go by and enjoy panoramic view of El Reducto Beach.
Room was spacious with a fridge and lovely bathroom.
Hotel has a rooftop pool with bar which is very chilled.
Breakfast was good with great choice.
Definitely hope to return.

Relaxing and refreshing trip
Very well-located hotel that is quite modern in its architecture and amenities.
We were pleasantly surprised by its services considering its moderate price.
The breakfast is decent enough but not extraordinary (we have certainly experienced better in terms of the variety of dishes).
We had suite 602 on the hotel roof (larger terrace than the second suite...), excellent view and room amenities, with a magnificent view of the city and the sea

Location and facilities
I can only say good things about this hotel, starting with the location and continuing with its facilities. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel: a very spacious, large room with a terrace, refrigerator, a huge television, desk, and a sofa; the bathroom was very good, with enough space and a large shower, plus a window and natural light. I thought the breakfast was excellent and very complete, with the particularity that they changed products every day, both sweet and savory, in addition to varied fruits every day, ideal for the picky ones who say that breakfasts are very repetitive.
I should also highlight the convenience of the pool on the terrace, where you can take a refreshing dip when the heat hits, with a bar that has all kinds of drinks and snacks, as well as meals, but watch out, only until four o'clock, which is not stated anywhere, and one day when I wanted to eat something after that time, I couldn't, the kitchen was closed, and it would be good if they indicated that. Except for this, everything was magnificent.
Another "inconvenience" you may encounter is parking; there is no space on the street, but the hotel has an agreement with a parking garage that is fifty meters away for twelve euros a day, which seems like a good price to me and solves the parking problem for you.
And that's it, I just recommend it, and if I return to Lanzarote, I will return to this hotel, which has very nice staff; they assist you with a smile and efficiency, what more can you ask for.

To be able to choose a room
The hotel is wonderful, we went for 7 days and the first day there was no room with two beds which is what we had requested, the next day I saw that there were rooms with two beds left, I asked for a room change, and they told me it could not be done, that they had to speak with the manager, this was in the morning and it was not until the afternoon that they notified me that they agreed to the change. I think it is very bad that they do not try to please a client who is going to spend 7 nights.

Stayed for two nights in a twin room with a balcony. Overall experience was very positive with a friendly and accommodating welcome at reception. Room was functional and clean with a personal safe and small refrigerator included. There was some spots that cleaning missed in the bathroom around the shower but otherwise no complaints on cleanliness.
The balcony itself did not have a view of the beach however it was pleasant to sit at in the evening. If you don't mind the usual bustle of the city and the view being more the opposite building than the beach the balcony is worth it.
A buffet style breakfast was included in our stay which we took advantage of both days. Selection of fruit, hot and cold options were available along with some cereals and pastries. Hot options were different on each day, with some unusual options such as onion rings and chicken nuggets one of the days, alongside the usual fried eggs and baked beans. Overall the breakfast was good with fresh pastries and bread. A coffee maker is available as well as fruit juices.
The pool and sun bathing area is located on the top floor, with an observation area overlooking the beach and ocean and pool bar. The pool is deep and clean but being high up on windy days may be inaccessible and unpleasant to lounge around at for long.
The location is right on the beach with a number of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Bus station is about a ten minute walk away. If you saying in Arrecife I would recommend it.
