Comfort

I have to say that it has been a pleasant discovery, although the facilities are old although to sleep plenty and the hotel is super clean and what to say of the fantastic price, the location is ideal opposite the beach with great views from our room at least 107 and two steps from the parking lot why parking in Baiona is mission impossible, totally recommended.
We'll be back for sure.

Nice hotel right in the center

Nice hotel right in the center, small rooms, very clean and with right prices. Even if it's located on the main road, the rooms are quiet. At the ground floor there is a pub, with delicious burgers, good beers and wines.

Room for improvement

Spent two days in the Pinzon during my Camino de Santiago trip. The price was affordable, the location was excellent. We had no windows in our room ( 3rd floor) but we had view through the skylight and it was awesome. The room looks old, not enough outlets to plug our electronics, a lot of water spills out of the tub when you use the shower. They have a great coffee/ bar downstairs. The waitresses were from Brazil and Colombia and both were very nice and polite. The elevator went to the second floor and we had to carry our lugagge through the stairs to the 3rd floor. The hotel is located on the waterfront, close to all the turistic attractions, restaurants, etc. The owner does not seems to polite with the employees. The special coffees were very, very good. During our check out I had some questions to the morning attendant but she did cut the conversation short explaining that " no la intendo"...and I was doing my best to speak Spanish and Portuguese ( my 1st language). The location is amazing, the rest needs improvement.

Our drop off point at our Camino start.

A compact hotel with a cosy bar area. The room with ensuite was small but for one night was OK. We had a good night's sleep, but others in our group had rooms facing a small square where a Easter late night festival did not end until 2 am. The breakfast was prompt at 7 am only, consisting of coffee, orange juice and one slice of toast .

Basic but clean and comfortable

I stayed here as part of an organised trip on the Portuguese Coastal Camino. It was the first hotel we stayed in so initially I didn't have anything to compare it to, but we stayed in better ones after. I had a single room throughout the trip and this was the only one where I had a really small bed! However, it was very comfortable and the room was clean and had everything I needed. There was no hairdryer but I brought my own so that wasn't a problem. The location is great as it's right on the sea front and there are some lovely old streets full of restaurants and tapas bars right nearby. Depending on when you're there or what floor of the hotel you're on, it can be noisy so bring your ear-plugs! Breakfast was very basic (we had been warned to expect this) and staff seemed to have very little English. There was free wifi. This hotel was ideal for a one-night stay.
