Centralized Location!

Loved staying here! it was perfect for our family of 6. It was spacious enough for everyone. 3 bathrooms was basically a luxury. Close to the Metro, La Rambla, tons of restaurants and markets. It's about a 15-20 minute walk everywhere! There was a pharmacy right down the street as well. Just be aware that many of the stores do open up a little later for American time (haaa so like 9:00-10:00 AM. The heater worked perfectly since we traveled during Mid-December. It is nice that they have cleaning services, but do be aware they do not replace your towels or bedding. They do tidy up and clean up the trash from the apartment if you wish. Management is pretty good at responding, just make sure you communicate properly. I had a packaged delivered to their main office and they ended up leaving it inside the apartment while we were out. There is a mini elevator it's good especially for us Americans who like to buy a tons of stuff and stick it in your luggage and bring it home. If you're getting a taxi do be aware it may take about to 10-12 minutes to get to you because you're on a smaller road, but it could be due to the fact that we needed a larger taxi. Would come back to stay in this area!

Photos Not Accurate

We recently stayed in the four bedroom property and, unfortunately, the photos online were completely misleading. It did not look at all like the photos on the website, so we were left highly disappointed. Three of the four bedrooms had air conditioning; however, we were a family of seven and the fourth bedroom had no air conditioning whatsoever. They brought a fan, but ultimately we had to bring one of the mattresses into another room in order for the children to sleep. While four-bedroom properties are probably hard to come by in Barcelona, I wish we knew what we were getting before arriving late one night after a long flight. Also, important to know is that the family room was very small so that made it difficult to all spend time together (rather, the apartment was a series of rooms down a long corridor).
The plus is the location as it is centrally located. Also, Eduard was very responsive when we emailed him with questions.

Great location and service

The tastefully decorated room was nicely appointed and comfortable. The location was fabulous. Very close to the Metro and bus. The most amazing restaurants were nearby. Best empanadas in the world only a block away! I happily recommend!

Barcelona visit

We stayed here for 5 nights - 4 adults and 1 5 year old
The apartment was clean , well appointed and well situated - the metro near by and there were lots of small supermarkets in the street for food and fruit .
We found the fruit here better than the markets off La Ramblas .
The apartment was quiet at night.
The beds were comfortable and everything worked.
Eduard was very helpful in providing missing linen on arrival.
The only downside we found was that there was no hairdryer in the apartment which we thought should have been standard,and if you actually wished to cook using the oven there were no dishes to use .
All the pans were for stove top cooking.
It would be nice for visitors to Barcelona from overseas to have a folder in the apartment that had a list of recommended places to eat nearby , good local supermarkets and bakeries , where the nearest metro and bus station stop is.
Provide a map that your visitors can use.
A list of attractions , walking tours etc could be included.
This could be expanded by including comments from your visitors on what they liked or found interesting.
It would save time trawling through all the reviews that people have left for this type of information especially the local stuff.
One that we found by chance when walking was the Gaudi exhibition Centre.

Lovely apartment with fantastic terrace

Great, large apartment with 3 doubles rooms approximately 500 m west of La Rambla.
With the exception of the kitchen the appartment contained all you needed. Nice neighborhood. Simple and quick check in/out. Good WIFI. Elevator.
The 30m^2 terrace was fantastic and absolutely crucial for our choice.
Recommended!
