Lovely hotel.
Great 360 viewing rooftop.
Rooms were spacious and pretty nice view across Barcelona.
Area where hotel is was a bit dodgy, I wouldn't be wearing expensive jewellery etc.
But apart from that all good.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, had everything you could need, and the staff were extremely helpful. The location is within walking distance to lots of popular tourist attractions, though the neighbourhood can be a little sketchy at night. But the hotel itself is fab!

Small elevators with one out of service. Flying insects around breakfast bar. Great location, great for shopping and restaurants. Friendly staff.

Really helpful personal. Nice hotel overall. A bit noisy unfortunately, both from the street but also other guests

When we were dropped off at the hotel, the taxi driver told us to watch our belongings which I thought was a little strange. We couldn't check in right away and decided to walk over to the LaRambla area. Felt very uneasy getting there. Got back to hotel and finally went up to desk to see if room was ready and it was. If I hadn't noticed another guest going up, we might be still waiting. No notification by the desk even though they had our email address.
Area felt very unsafe and the second night, a homeless camp set up right next to the hotel in the park adjoining the hotel. People yelling, dogs barking, you can imagine we got hardly any sleep. We were grateful to be checking out the second day.
Will never return to that hotel.
I know the hotel has little to do with what goes on around it, but they never warned us about the area, only the taxi driver did.
