Kind, fun and friendly Staff

We have just returned from our wonderful stay with you at Sagitario Playa.
It was our 1st stay and found the rooms perfectly clean with hotel robes and towels to use.
A huge shout out to the kind and friendly bar staff especially ‘BL’ for making our stay so enjoyable he really made our holiday, along side ‘ManUnited’ J’oan!!
ALL the staff from reception, dining room waiters/chef, maids so lovely.
We went bed and breakfast and always had full plates, we even paid to eat in the the hotel a few evenings.
Thank you to all, we’d definitely return.

This is not a 4 Star Hotel

We booked Half Board and are so disappointed with the clinical, no ambience Restaurant, but most importantly, cold food.... which is not good hygiene at all. The Rooms are dated. The Pool is very nice and the Housekeeping good. It's over priced for what you get. Go B&B and eat out for better value, hot food. UK

strategic for getting around

The hotel is very functional and is located in a very quiet area, strategic for getting around, which in my opinion is necessary to go to the beach or go out in the evening. Cala Blanca is very or too quiet in the evening and the small cove for the sea is very close but very small and super crowded, it becomes a basin of water.
very helpful and kind staff, good restaurant, perhaps the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved.

First time in Menorca

We have been very comfortable. Excellent location to enjoy the island, with most of the main coves 20 minutes away and 10 minutes from Ciutadella.
In the area there are restaurants, a cove 2 minutes away walking with restaurants. In the hotel area there are places to park without a problem.
The hotel is not very big. It is cozy. It is not modern but it is not old. The rooms are fully equipped and very clean. The furniture is new. An iron is missing. Very comfortable beds.
Standard but complete buffet breakfast.
Good waiter service. One day we ate at the pool wonderfully.
Good and nice pool area. Heated and quite large for what the hotel is, with lounge chairs and umbrellas, which we got without a problem, there was always one available.
The hotel has a shop inside that has absolutely everything, basic necessities and more, clothes, bikinis... etc. in addition
to souvenirs. At the front desk, they let you have a beach umbrella for the entire stay if you need it.

Good, but not great.

I stayed with my family at this hotel the last week of July.
The room was very nice, always clean, daily towel change. The restaurant buffet is not really 4-star, dishes almost always repetitive, as an Italian I wanted to eat a plate of pasta with tomato sauce cooked on the spot. The paella was very good. I did half board, I had to buy drinks every evening (water, wine, etc...). When they could have put water dispensers in the dining room. Someone tell the waitress (the one with glasses) that a smile every now and then never hurts. I thought there was a bit of entertainment, but instead nothing at all, just a bit of piano bar. Overall (from 1 to 10) a 7 vacation.
